i am very skinny my weight is 68kg and height 6'1 i take whey protein (pro-blaster) from 3 month but it's not change a little not a pound of weight i gain, my friend suggest me for take weight gainer or extra gainer powder and some friend suggest to take mega mass and some say to take creatine i am confused with their many options. which supplement i should take for muscle building and gaining weight

First off, diet is 60% of your training. You need to get your diet right and it will help tremendously. Secondly, what is your training regimen? How many days do you workout a week? Protein powder alone isn't going to bulk you up nor is any other supplement, they are their to help not be the catalyst to make you big. Take a look at your training, get your diet right, and as for the supplements I'd say just keep with the protein powder but double scoop it, and then get some creatine and do some reading. I hope this helps

First and foremost, as a beginner, spend your time focusing on your diet not supplements. Supplements are the cherry on top of a solid diet. So first of all, bump your calories/macros up before looking to supplements to make the difference. I personally am not a fan of weight gainer shakes, so not much expertise there. Personally I believe a good mass shake is 2 scoops of whey with 20 oz whole milk and a scoop of peanut butter. I'm a huge believer in creatine, lots of people recommend 5g pre and post workout but I do 10g pre and it works just fine for me. Get your diet in check and then give creatine a shot. Hope this helped!

Strong first post, Dalton.
Go with everything Dalton said. You can't just take protein powder and expect it to fix an out of place diet and poor workouts. Figure out your TDEE and eat 500 calories more than it. That'll have you gaining a pound a week with minimal fat. Creatine will help you gain weight, yes. But the quick jump in bodyweight is not muscle. It's intracellular water retention. It's an increase in water volume within your muscle cells. Instead of bloated water retention, your muscles will look fuller and bigger. This is dependant on how big you already are though. Someone who is already relatively big will have more muscle which means there is more muscle cells to hold even more water. The smaller you are, there won't be as many cells to pull water into but it'll still add a bit of muscle fullness. Just dont have high expectations.
Your priorities should look like this:
1.) Solid workouts
2.) Good diet to support your goals
3.) Rest. Get plenty of sleep
4.) ...
5.) Supplements

First I would like to have a rough idea of your training.

Second I would a rough idea of the foods you eat at each meal on a typical day.

I think starting out with these two simple points is most important. It would not be hard to get a rough idea of how many calories you are eating, how much protein, wether you are training with enough volume/weight and wether your calories are enough to support the traing you are doing.

These guys have the right idea for sure! It would be helpful though to let us know what your training consist of as well as your diet. Also really what is your goal? You say you want to gain weight but does that mean you don't care how bulky you get or do you want to be somewhat aesthetic?

You can get by on 3g of creatine a day and maintain peak saturation levels. The effects aren't acute. They build up. You have to to take it until your body is saturated with it to get full benefit, and you keep taking it to maintain saturation levels

Consistency and time will get you where you need to be. Diet for your goal on putting on some muscle mass will be the biggest factor. I think a mass gainer and creatine will definitely be your friend as well.

You don't need supplements, you need to learn how to eat. You won't be gaining any weight without a caloric surplus, no matter how many supplements you buy.

Previous posters have got you covered so I'll just add in one little tip.

I've helped quite a few skinny friends and co-workers gain weight and get started on their fitness journey.

I would say 8 out of 10 of them didn't eat breakfast. "I'm not hungry in the morning bro!" Great. Eat anyway. I promise you'll develop an appetite after you start doing this for awhile and you'll look forward to eating first-thing in the morning. Not only will this add another meal to your day, but it'll eventually raise your appetite overall.

Not saying you don't eat breakfast, but in case you aren't, I thought I'd throw that out there.

p.s. another thing I've found is that a lot of guys I helped were drinking energy drinks like monster. Some would have 3-4 or more per day. Stimulants, especially in excess, can hurt your appetite. I would drop them entirely, aside from right before working out if you want/need that extra kick.
