And I sure would love to tell you, but I'll only tell you as you figure it out on your own!! But not just for fun, for a free tub!!

Here's how it's going to go. There will be 2 winners.

The first part will be to guess the ingredients themselves. There are 13 of them!! As each one gets guessed, we will confirm so that they can be checked off the list. First person to lay out all 13 ingredients is winner #1

The second part will be doses of each. Again, we will confirm as each ingredient dose is guessed correctly so that each can be eliminated from the list. The first person to list all 13 ingredients and their dose will be winner #2.

We do ask for a little favor in return, and that is to run a log and/or review of the product.

I believe we really knocked this one out of the park. It some some time, back to the drawing board a couple times, but I feel that Sparta Nutrition is bringing to you guys the most well rounded pre on the market.

Two further updates to the guessing rules:

- one ingredient per guess
- max 3 guesses per person per day
 
I already know there's no way I can win this because I'm too stupid. But, I will fight everyone if I don't get to try this soon.

Though I highly doubt any 1 person is going to be the first to guess all 13. Esp at 3 guesses max/day. Just sayin.

So yeah we will confirm correct ingredients every so often, not going to be on it every hour. Would go too fast then

So contestants will need to pay attention to which ones have been confirmed and the first person to put together the list of 13 will win.

The real fun will be the dosing for all

if this is the same stuff i tried months ago (lets not rehash parts of the past here fellas lmao) the flavors i tried were spot on. I will tell you this, well i dont want to give anything anyway even if there were some changes made.

So far I have seen mention of 4 correct ingredients.

See if anything comes in overnight and post correct ones in the morn
 
Hmmmm surprised no one said beta alanine yet to keep those reps going and going!

Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. Some issue with my phone put me at 50% of my data usage with 28 days left on cycle so I can only connect on wifi/home PC now.
 
I could be wrong, but I think that only occurs when mixed with niacin.

Ah thanks for the clear up, I must not be susceptible to it then. I don't get the tingles unless I have niacin in a pre.
