Aspartic Acid NOT D-Aspartic Acid can AA Cause acne? Can someone please tell me before I order protein powder that has AA in it?
 
I haven't heard of this but maybe someone else will chime it. It may depend on the user as well.
 
I guess its L-Aspartic Acid and D-Aspartic Acid and its the LAA in the protein powder that I am worried about
 
l-aspartic acid is an amino, it's commonly found in most protein powders, nothing to worry about.
