Is this Rhodiola too strong?!

As the title suggests, what do you guys think?

One of the Strongest in the Market
Each Capsule has 382.6mg (2,296mg) of 100% Rhodiola Rosea Extract
4% Salidrosides so every Capsule has 15mg of Salidrosides
 
Depends on what you want it for. This version will be dopaminergic and not in line with the reasons rhodiola is generally used. I personally like things that raise dopamine, so I keep a high salidroside version and the standard 3/1 as well.
 
Sorry mate can you explain what you mean when you say doperminergic ? Will it be more energetic than relaxing?
 
Gaia herbs is a good brand, they carry a 5 % rosavins extract. It would be interesting to compare it to an extract high in salidrosides such as the one mentioned. Usually extracts are standardized to both rosavins and salidrosides.

Has anyone actually tried this? Packaging looks a bit tacky!

To be fair I have been on it for maybe a month and a half but at the same time I have started taking KSM-66, a nootropic supplement and cut out stim preworkouts (only having a mug of instant coffee a day so hard to tell if it's any good.

I did all this mainly to help with anxiety I was suffering which I put down to mega dosing caffeine/preworkouts and I am feeling much more positive, no more mad thoughts etc so maybe it does help. Either way, like a lot of supps, for the price it's worth a punt !
