Test/dbol/drol

I could possibly do that. It just depends on where I'm at when I'm at about week 6. I would like to be about a solid 205lbs and be deadlifting about 585. So really I need about a 40lbs increase on my deadlift and 10lbs of muscle out of this whole cycle. If I can't get that, I'll probably just end up crawling in a hole somewhere and die. Lol.

Nothing makes me feel worse than when I plan a cycle and don't hit the goals. Past year has been that way for me. **** grad school; a dea number aint worth it.

I would imagine that would really suck. I know it'll happen to me eventually. The only way it couldn't is if I set too small of goals, and I really don't want to be that guy who claims he's satisfied with 15" arms and his 225 bench. Lol.

The sad part is when I was 138lbs, I was probably more confident about myself than I am now at 205lbs, closing in on a 600lbs deadlift, training mma for the last couple years. Ha. Kind of f'd up how that works out, huh?
 
Hmm.. I was just thinking, I might possibly change the adrol to anavar instead, granted I hit my lean mass goals. I would also switch my A.I. to proviron. Just depends on how everything goes.

Yea in a way you could think of it like that, but it won't bring your estrogen down. Its just a really really really androgenic steroid; its so androgenic it's effects outweigh the effects of estradiol binding to the estrogen receptor. So it give the impression of lowering the estrogen by it's physical effects, but it doesn't affect estrogen levels at all.
 
Okay. Well in that case, I probably will pass on it. It would've added another $120 to switch from arimidex to that. Really don't care to spend money if I don't have to. Ha.
 
As far as an update, my weight is staying pretty steady. Thinking I will up the carbs to 850 and see if that won't keep the scale going up. Taking an off day today. My cns and body is wrecked. The new strength gains had me lifting a little too heavy this week, mix that with the doubled volume and I'm kind of burnt out. Ha!

Kicking back into it tomorrow though with,

3x8 back squats at 75%
3x8 bench press at 75%
3x6 deadlifts at 75%

Weights should work out to roughly 345 for the squat, 275 for the bench, and 415 for the deadlift. Should be a good workout.

Ha! You know how some people will walk around with a gallon jug of water? I actually just carry a gallon of milk with me and drink that. Easy way to get 128 grams of protein and 208 grams of carbs. Plus it's full of electrolytes. You just kind of get some weird stares at the gym...

Just updated my measurements for pre cycle to now.

Chest (w/lats) = 48 - 48.75
Shoulders = 53 - 54
Arms = 15.75 - 16.25
Thighs = 25.75 - 26.25
Calves = 14 - 14.5

Honestly, I'm surprised my calves have gotten bigger considering I always forget to work them. Ha.
 
This is basically meal 3-7 right here. It is 3 servings of rice, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp butter, 8oz. of chicken, and 2 cups of milk.

Comes out to roughly 145 grams of carbs, 40 grams of fat, and 98 grams of protein.

Workout update

Well the squats were easier than I expected. Went full ATG and still didn't make it to failure at the 8 reps. Bench was the same, slowed it down a bit, (not much, just enough to take away any momentum one might build from bouncing off the chest) still got all the reps on each set without really any difficulty.

THEN, there were the deadlifts.. lol. My legs, glutes, and back were already kind of shot from the squats, but I was pretty determined.. Let's just say my knees are still feeling them. Lol. Felt like a pretty good workout though.
 
Another 200 mg pin down. Nice and smooth, no pain during or after.

Today I am doing a 2x8 of dB presses, 3x8 lat pulldowns, 3x8 seated rows, 3x8 t-bar rows, 3x6 seated barbell press, 4x8 db curls, 4x12 preacher curls, 4x8 skull crushers, 4x12 tricep pushdowns.

Shouldn't be too bad. Nothing over the top, but after yesterday, it'll be nice to have a little more mild workout. Ha.
 
Hmm... I suppose it's probably about time I stop skipping calves? Ha!! It didn't bother me much when my arms were only 14"

Ha. I'm supposed to hit them tomorrow, I'm definitely not going to skip them this time. Lol. Being into strength training, I've just never really cared to much about a physique. The problem is now all of the stuff I skipped is really starting to show now. I remember before I cut down to work on my physique a bit, my thighs were literally 2x the size of my calves. Lol.
 
Ha. Just tiny.. lol. Those glutes though.. the old lady loves grabbing them. Ha.

Workout update. Well today went good, got a nice little arm pump going and a little back pump.

Tomorrow will be a 4x6 of squats, and a 4x6 of bench. Both should be at 80%, so it should work out to 365 on the squats, and 295 on the bench.

Afterwards I'm doing 3x8 leg extensions, 3x8 leg curls, 4x8 standing calf raises, 4x15 seated calf raises

Injecting MCT is not dumb, though. It removes visceral fat stores very well, provides a legitimate source of energy, increases GH production, kick starts ketone bodies into production (even on high carb diets) and increases androgen receptor expression by 240% in the area injected. This is how SEO's cause growth.

And that doesn't even touch the fascial stretching mechanism that SEO's have. MCT is the best choice for SEO though because it's active life in the muscle is 7 days and within 1-2 weeks all oil will be gone from the muscle. For the life of me, I cannot understand why so many bodybuilders are so hypocritical against SEO's and filling the muscle up with just oil but it's somehow ok to use oil + steroids + esters, lol.
 
The 6,200 calories, and dbol has me looking like a darn balloon animal. Idgaf though! Ha. I'm going to let the bulk hit me as hard as it wants and making damn well sure I get my money's worth out of this cycle. Ha!

Workout update

Everything went pretty well in the gym. Got all my reps without a spotter. Tomorrow is a rest day. Then Thursday is back at it with heavy deadlifts, and heavy bench.

Weighed in at 210lbs last night. That's basically 16lbs in two weeks. Lol. That's a lot of weight.

Thinking I'm definitely swapping the adrol for var. I couldn't even imagine keeping this pace of growth up and going to like 230, that would just be WAY too much. Ha. So I'm going to run var for the last 6 weeks of the cycle to kind of recomp back to 10% while maintaining the 210lbs range.

Weighed in at 211.6 today. I don't feel too bad in the morning, but by the time I go to bed I feel like a damn whale.

The way I had the cycle planned out, I had 5 extra doses of test. Took one of the extra doses today for a little "pick me up".

Control the estrogen spike. Otherwise it wont pick you up at all but just make you feel even more like a whale.

Generally speaking, gradual increases net the constantly increasing "euphoria" that we're looking for. Masteron allows you to run a much smaller dose of Test to get this effect as well (for future reference).

I did like the feeling I had the first week. It's gradually declined until yesterday I felt basically normal. After taking that extra dose yesterday, and taking another this morning, I have that feeling of "Alphaness" back.

I'll have to remember that for next time. I'll probably need a good masteron cycle anyways by the time this one is over. Ha!

Thanks again for the info. I checked and they had it from what seems to be a pretty well reviewed manufacturer. So I'll have to give it a shot when I'm ready to go again probably April of next year.
 
Hmmm.... Trying to decide if I should go beast mode and try to pull 495 for 5 reps today, or follow my programming and only do 475x3.. Any input?? Should I go "YOLO", or just follow my assigned programming?
