Pretty eventful day today! Popped 1 pill, went and golfed 18 holes, popped 2 more pills five hours later, went to a state park and hiked for 3 hours, took a two hour break then hit a quick heavy squat workout!
Squat : work up to heavy 1 rep at 430, dropped down to 370 5x3
Goblet squat 4x12: 100,100,100,100
Walking lunges 4x8:50,50,50,50
RDL 4x8:225,225,225,225
Between everything today my phone recorded 17,000 steps, I felt the hiking during squat session, 430 felt extremely heavy and the 5 sets of 3 were a struggle! Great day! Tomorrow I'm heading to the Omaha zoo
