The effect of testosterone inhibitors on natural testosterone production

We all know that the body's natural testosterone production significantly extincts once you go on cycle. I did the opposite though. I took accidently a testosterone inhibitor for 14 days which nullified my testosterone.

So my question is does a testosterone inhibitor also decrease the natural testosterone production?

Because I quit it now and I wonder if my testosterone will return back to normal?

I'm 20 years old by the way.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Subbed for explanation of testosterone inhibitor

Oral Castor Oil.

It makes you infertile by nullifiying your testosterone levels.

Don't forget to add the www or it won't open.

C'mon now, didn't you happen to read the conclusion of that study that states "RCE possesses reversible antifertility and anti-androgenic properties"?

You also say you "accidentally" ingested this castor oil over the course of 14 days. How, exactly, does one do this?

For hair, without knowing about any antifertility side effects. The study also mentions that the fertility rate was at 80% but then only increased to 40% from 0% after withdrawing the drug.

Another study even came to the conclusion that it is irreversible.

Ugh. I am very depressed and worried right now. I also got very mild puffy nipples.

Go see your doctor and request blood tests after you explain your situation. If you do in fact have low t from castor oil ( :) ) then he will probably put you on a clomid restart protocol. Good luck.

Castor oil used to commonly be used to relieve constipation.

I had none of these symptoms. Just antifertility and low testosterone symptoms. I lost all my muscle gains, got love handles and puffy nipples. I started waking up with hot sweats which never happened to me before.

I consumed 5 ml daily.

That's only 1 teaspoon a day for two weeks... I'm not buying it.

How did you stumble upon this study?

Your 20 years old and already treating for hair loss... And your treatment of choice was castor oil?

Just say you don't know....
Shoot! Hey kid nobody knows obviously!
It sounds weird. Parents use to use castor oil to punish bad children, you see that stuff on old Tom and Jerry shows. That's messed up if it really screws with testosterone. Parents turning their boys into girls for not eating their veggies!!

All of this in 14 days? BS!

I blamed the castor oil for my symptoms because it was the only thing I started taking and researched the internet. Yes, my hair improved a little while being on it but it wasn't worth it when my body carried a damage from it forever.

Ugh yes, this is so horrible. People have to be warned from the effects of castor oil. They give it out so easily.

That's why I say take the warning labels off everything and everything else will fall into place.
When I was shopping for clothes a while ago, the box for a shirt (one of those collared shirts in a clear plastic box) said "this box is not a toy." I wonder who that "warning" is even for. Anyone who can read that should know that a small, rectangular plastic box for a shirt is not a toy. Is it advice for very cheap people who wait for the last minute to buy a shirt for their kids birthday party, realize that they forgot to get a present, and think "hey, I can just give them the box my shirt came in!"

Kinda like the warning on a hair dryer "don't use in the bathtub". I say go for it lol

"anti-androgenic" ... I wouldn't poke it with a stick from the next county.
