first AAS cycle

Ive been tinkering around with Ph for about 3 years now. I space all of my cycles out really well. Usually if i do a 8 week cycle i take 24 weeks off before ever thinking about doing another one. My PCT is always rock solid and i keep most of my gains. The big issue i run into is i am a athlete and have had a couple injuries that have really set me back. Ive decided to leave PHs behind due to their liver toxicity and how carefully you have to plan your doseages with the half lifes. Plus I havnt really found a great PH to get me any noticeable results in a long time. my past 2 cycles have felt pretty much just like an extreme test booster. SO im wanting to get a little boost since ive hit a plateau. First a little background on me

Age: 23
weight:185 (fluctuate between 180-190)
Body Fat: 7% (bodpod tested for accuracy)
Bench Press 1 rep max: 345
Deadlift 1 rep max: 405 (have back issues from a football incident)
Squat 4 rep max: 450 (also tore acl, mcl so not a big fan of going super heavy on squats)



I pride myself on being a low body fat... so whatever i AAS i do needs to allow me to not have a lot of water weight. If i show up to work, practice, and to school without a 6 pack people will get reall suspicious real quick cause i always try to stay lean year round. This is my struggle. I want to get up to a good 210 weight range and pack on a inch or two onto my arms but i dont want to be bloated in the process.

Im open to ALL suggestions but i would like to say that I doubt i do tren so if that is a suggestion then im not a big fan of it.

I personally was thinking about a PH kick start going into a test prop 250/15wks cycle. It wouldnt be a super heavy cycle but it would keep me lean. I would alternate injection sites from my ass cheeks to my shoulders to my thighs so the eod injections wouldnt be as big of a deal. Any thoughts?Suggestions??
 
Kick start a test prop cycle? Test prop kicks in faster then most prohormones possibly try 12-14 weeks test e at 500 mg a week 250 mg shot on monday and one 250mg shot on thursday
 
Why are you afraid to bulk, that sounds dumb to me personally...I agree with unreal89, look into doing test enanthate 500mg per week for 12 weeks
 
You have to eat to grow bud. Screw your coworkers, what do they know about this lifestyle? Do you.

25lbs. without eating to gain is a fantasy. All fluff and glycogen if you don't eat. Bloat is controllable. You're more worried about your peers seeing you bloated than questioning your 25lb. gain. See the irony here?
 
But to answer your question, Prop with some Anavar would probably suit you well. Could probably get 8-10 lbs out of 12 weeks but would run the Prop at 350/week (100 eod). Finish with the Anavar last 6 weeks.

Of course assuming you have your AI, supports and PCT lined up. You do right?

This. 25mg Anavar will go a long way if it's legit. That'll be a solid 8-10lbs also.

You gotta eat though bro. I'd advise keeping HIIT cardio in and slowly adding cals as things kick in. Once they do you can get more aggressive with food but I'd keep cardio in for a variable. Gaining too much fat? up it by 2 min a day. Weight stalling? Up carbs by 25 per day
 
Yeah my I always have AI and PCT on lock down. I did the original M Drol for my very first cycle and had gyno symptoms so ever since then i keep arimidex, nolva, and clomid on hand year round.

The reason why im not a big fan of test e is really based off of seeing other people do it. One of my close friends did it and he got extremely fat. He couldnt even fit into his uniforms anymore. I know thats because he was eating mcdonalds three times a day but seeing that kind of always sticks into your head. ..

I think my two choices will be test e at 500/wk for 15 weeks or test prop at 350/week for 12 weeks with anavar. i already have my pct in line so im not even worried with that.

I dont mind bulking at all... I just PREFER to stay lean.. im in the military as well as attend college and an athlete so i dont really have an off season to be able really just go on a crazy bulk. im always having some form of fitness test to have to do and being lean is a must for those. SO thats why id prefer to do something that will allow lean gains even if it means not getting as much. Id be more than fine with taking 2 cycles to reach my 210 goal if need be.
 
Your friend got fat because of eating mcdonalds 3x a day lol not because of test. I've been running it for a month now(as well as epistane), and can basically eat whatever I want without consequence. Started at 192lbs and up around 205lbs now, and have to eat like a horse to gain a pound(and I've been trying). I wear pretty snug slacks every day for work, and I have had no problem fitting into them since I started the cycle(Hell they might even be loser and im 13-15lbs heavier). If your diet is in check your results will be nothing but positive.

Lower the test e done to 400mg, no need for 500 your first cycle. It's about the same amount of test as 350 of prop
