Surgery Recover With BPC 157

Chances are high. I wouldn't if i was you.

My mom made me tell my doctor that i was taking ep1c unleashed, i was there for high blood pressure(133/81). He freak out and yelled at me. Saying how dangerous steroids were this and that. I laughed and told him that it was epicatethens, which is extracted from either coaco or green tree and its all natural, and how it can even lower blood pressure. He then got even more mad, said ive seen these things over and over and steriods are horrible, bluh bluh bluh. Then he told me the best way to get off steriods is by slowly lowering the dosage.

When i left, i busted out in tears from laughter. Lets just say i go to my doctor's appointments alone now and i got a new doctor.

It amazes me how some people made it through medical school lol

PT starts on Monday, three times a week. She said probably another week in the sling is all, so thats good. I can do legs and cardio as long as I feel okay.

She didn't comment much on the healing of the shoulder, I said it feels good and that's about it. They said the stitches healed really well and quickly so I'm wondering if the BPC had anything to do with that.

I'll be able to get pretty close to the therapist and get more involved on how quickly I'm recovering compared to others, then I can get a better assessment on the BPC.

I forgot to add, I started wall walks today. I put my fingers on the wall and try and "walk" them up the wall as high as I can with my arm extended. I'm allowed to do it to the front and with my arm extended to my side. It's hard and hurt like a bitch lol

I heard BPC 157 can be useful (to a lesser degree then injected) orally. Has anyone tried this yet with their RC BPC 157? I ask because my injury is on my right shoulder and I am right handed so it will be difficult to inject it there. My wife is not on board with anything that needs to be injected so she won't do it for me. I have injected before and have no issues with needles, etc but I really not sure I even can do it lol

Or does anyone have experience injecting into their right shoulder when they are right handed? Any tips?

Don't mean to hijack your log, but I figured it would be a good place to ask. Sorry rascal14

My surgery was on my right shoulder and I'm also right handed, I've used my left hand very easily to do each pin on my right shoulder. I have my girlfriend pin my left should cause I can't reach it yet with my right arm.

It's easier than you'd think, the syringes are small, just jab it in your shoulder with your left hand and push the plunger in. It's a small needle so even if there's a lot of movement there should be no PIP or anything like that.

I don't mind it, there's no hijacking my logs lol I welcome any kind of talk or questions!

I am not afraid of injecting BPC-157, but I wouldn't know where to start with my lower back injury lol.

Yeah that would be a bit tricky.. Lol I'll read through that, I've never really cared about the oral administration so I never paid attention to it.

I can tell the tendons and stuff in my elbow are weak. They hurt more than anything else, I've had elbow problems but the lack of movement is a lot worse now.

Hey man don't lose heart! You got this!! Keep
your eyes focused on your prize and don't settle for less than what you want. Be persistent and keep doing your PT!

First day of physical therapy went well, we mostly did stretching and ROM stuff. She gave me a few exercises to do at home. I'll be going 3 times a week the first two weeks and then if everything's on track it'll go down to 2 times a week.

She said as far as my motion and recovery so far everything seems good, she said I'm little ahead of the game which I was happy to hear, so maybe the BPC is helping if I'm already better than she expected without any PT.

Thanks man, I appreciate it!

I'm only using the BPC in the surgery shoulder now. My left shoulders been feeling better the past couple days so I stopped pinning that one.

I worked more on stretching the shoulder yesterday at PT. I got to use a 2.5 pound weight for wrist curls, first weight I've touched in weeks! Lol I did some shoulder adduction and abduction with a resistance band on a pulley overhead.

I've also been doing isometric exercises at PT and home everyday. Despite doing this everyday I've had very little pain and soreness afterwards. I'm not sure if I'll buy another bottle of BPC when this one is out or not. I believe it has definitely helped, but with no job and the cost of moving out this next week I shouldn't be buying unnecessary things! Lol I've still got a few days left though. I may talk to the therapist and see if she think the BPC has played a role in my recovery.

I worked with a different PT today cause my normal one was off.

She said, "So did Kelli say you're doing pretty well on your motion?"

"Yeah she said I was a little ahead of where I should be."

She sarcastically said, "Yeah, maybe a LITTLE bit.."

The way she said it made it sound like I was really far ahead. At this point I feel I should share my secret with them so they know about it.. Lol

Or, let them think that their amazing service is really helping you heal. If single, could really work it LOL

On a side note, once I get some extra cash I'll be starting Ipam/cjc no dac. I plan on running it at 1-2 doses a day year round, and then running 2-4 a day as "cycles" also playing with other peptides and stuff throughout. I also plan on running Cjc with dac when I start training again, I've been wanting to and I know after following Dma378 these next few weeks will make it a done deal for me. Hopefully this will keep me entertained and away from AAS for a while. Lol I'll probably end up making a general training log once I get going in the gym again as well.

Are you going to make a log for the Ipam/Cjc no dac? Or when you start your cycle run one?

That'll probably just be in my general log since it'll be just once a day dosing for the most part. I may make a seperate one for when I do cjc with dac though.

I still have a while though

We got mostly everything moved into our apartment today, I'm exhausted and I couldn't even lift anything lol

I told the therapist about the peptide. She said she'd never heard of injecting them, only peptides in creams for your face and stuff.

She said, "I know you aren't getting this from a doctor.. So just make sure you're using a reputable company."

Lol she didn't really say whether or not it has helped with recovery, but I think it has with everything they keep saying on how good I'm doing.

My last shot of BPC 157 was earlier today.

So, I am almost one month post surgery. My left shoulder feels tons better than before surgery from the over use. My surgery shoulder is doing great. The physical therapists always comment on how well I'm doing and how far ahead I am.

I'm able to do basic things with my right arm, put on socks and shoes, brush my teeth, put on deodorant. I can do the wall ladder all the way over my head with my arm fully extended.

I feel I could do more, but I'm not going to push it. I only have to do therapy twice a week now as well.

Overall I think BPC has definitely helped.

Do you think that using BPC instead of surgery would have corrected the issue over time?

I can't really say.. I thought I had maybe torn the left side from using it so much and that shoulder is a lot better as well, but I also don't know if it was actually torn.

The Labrum is actually cartilage and I haven't seen anything about BPC directly healing cartilage, unless I just skipped over it.

I would definitely say if you do have MRI proof of a torn labrum and it's not a huge tear I would give it a try. It could end up being a lot cheaper than surgery.

I know I've read some people have claimed to have healed their rotator cuff tear with it, but you can't really prove that.

I'm having the same surgery done but they're also shaving some bone off that's pinching a piece of cartilage ( bone spur / impingement). I've been thinking about peptides myself. I was looking at TB500 . Do any of these actually have a significant help ? I have a test and tren dbol cycle that I'm dying to start lol

I think the BPC did help. I didn't see nearly as many good things about TB500 though so I didn't bother trying it.

It'll be a good few months before you're able to do that cycle after the surgery! Lol

I'll look into BPC. I just want a speedy recovery. I'm going to ask my doctor if he can inject me with HGH to help me repair my shoulder lol.

He will most likely say no , one hgh is extremely expensive so I hope you have money or one of the best insurances out there , second hgh isnt just given to people with injuries, it's given to for example children who have received chemo at a young age where they have not grown to their full potentially ( prepubescent ) or for children who have pituitary deficiencies . Hgh is extremely expensive and allot of insurance will not cover it do to its price and high desire ability on the black market.

I have a great insurance and he's very liberal with prescriptions let's say that. But you're right it's definitely expensive , but it's worth a shot ! I know he prescribes test without a problem. Just need to get back to 90% ASAP I hate being set back especially with a kick ass cycle sitting waiting to go from the D- Bol to the Clomid lol ( includes test and Tren )

I had. 9 year old cousin with a Brain tumor who's insurance almost wouldnt give Her hgh because they are so strict about it . It's worth a shot but I can almost garauntee you that you won't get it .

That's great news ! I'll probably just experiment with a peptide like TB500 or BPC along with my therapy . Hopefully I can get back into the gym light duty after a month and a half .

If you're looking into hgh I recommend looking into mk-677 , cjc with and w/o Dac , ghrp-2, ghrp-6 just to name a few

I finally got to shower, I feel much better. There wasn't much pain with my arm hanging by my side.

I did the pendulum stretching fairly easily. I'm gonna ice it some since it just got so much movement.

What is pendulum stretching?

Yesterday I got arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder to repair a posterior Labral tear. I tore it when I dislocated it tubing on Memorial Day.

It was about 1 hour and 15 minutes of surgery and he put in 3 anchors.

The nerve block made my arm numb up until this morning. My shoulder is starting to hurt some. I'm taking 600mg ibuprofen and 15mg/650mg Percocet/acetaminophen every 6 hours. I can't ice it yet because the dressing can't come off until tomorrow.

My left shoulder has been hurting badly for compensating with it over the past few weeks, and I've always had bad joints.

I see the Doctor again the 14th of this month. I am allowed to take my arm out of the sling when sitting and I can somewhat text with that hand as well. I can start letting my arm hang and do pendulums when I feel ready.

I just put 150mcg IM into my left shoulder in 3 different areas using the same pin. I put 150mcg into my right trap in one spot since I can't get to that shoulder yet.

I bought 10mg of BPC and I plan on using 100-200mcg in the left shoulder and 200-300mcg in the right shoulder. I will split this into twice a day, morning and night, using two seperate pins for each daily dose. Micro dosing around the injuries. So each day I will load two pins, one for each shoulder, and use it multiple times.

I'm hoping this will heal the left shoulder and quicken the recovery in the right one.
