Epistane and feeling hypoglycemic

Hi, I'm new here and created an account because I have a bit of concern. I'm about 13 days into epistane cycle, one 10 mg in morning and one 10 mg during the evening. I was planning on upping to 30 mg for the second week, but two days ago I started getting these waves of hypoglycemia. All of the sudden I will zone out and get tunnel vision, rapid heart rate, and tingling/numbness that starts in my feet and travels up my body. They last for a couple minutes then go away and I feel really relaxed.

Right now I am on a low carb ketogenic diet, do you think this is the reason? I'm taking liver support and just started taking diabet-x yesterday. I would appreciate any advice as I do not want to end cycle early, but cannot keep going if this continues.

Thank you!

Are you a diabetic? If you're not, taking a diabetic type supplement on a keto diet is not the greatest idea in the world...

I'm a diabetic and monitor my blood every meal. Some of these blood sugar type supplements are very strong and if you do not have high blood sugar you should stay away from them or add carbs back in if you continue to use them.

FWIW - I've run some epistane cycles on a CKD and have been fine.

How's your blood pressure? Probably not related but worth checking. Do you also only feel like this after taking a dose?

Also wanted to add, my last cycle I was on a few things but also doing a TKD, and felt hypo during my workouts, even with carbs (in my water). Was throwing up after some workouts. This side you have doesn't sound tooooo bad if it's only a couple minutes that you feel this way.

I'm not diabetic. It's a supplement that is suppose to keep normal blood sugar and insulin response in the normal range. Honestly, no idea if it works. But I think I will slowly add in some more carbs.

I'm not sure on blood pressure, I will go check it today. Yeah I usually only feel it in the couple hours after I dose. That's when it's the worst.
