Xtend Perform and Cordycep Militaris Unsponsored Log

Day 16

Drank 1 Scoop of Xtend Perform upon waking

Showered and headed straight to my boxing gym for some light training with my 2nd scoop of Xtend Perform mixed in 24oz of water

10mins Jump Rope (2-2.5 skips per second)

4x 3mins Pad work (moderate intensity)

2x 3mins Sparring (light intensity)

That's all for the morning, it was quite short. No running. My shoulders and legs were a bit tensed, but my breathing good, heart rate was normal. My breathing was more controlled and lighter compared to my partner who is also going to compete this Saturday, we both need to cut down weight. I've already started to go on a quite low calorie deficit, for today and the next few days.

Did contrast therapy, I think my legs and hands really needed it.

4mins in 43 degree Celsius Pool
1min in 7 degree Celsius Pool

I did that cycle about 5 times. Felt like a bit of torture, and I was on drugs or something lol at the end.

Also, Flexatril came in today, quite happy. I'm doing the loading phase of 10 days, so I took 3 tabs for lunch and 3 tabs during dinner.

By the way, thanks for the PM about Flexatril

Day 18

I dosed 2 Scoops of Xtend Perform on Thursday, but ate a lot less compared to other days

But skipped my Xtend Perform dose on Friday so that day won't count, I was really worried about my weight. My usual protocol didn't work, suffering from constipation for some odd reason, so I had to go to steam room/hot tub for 2 hours that day and drank very little water

Woke up really early on Saturday (which is today for me), to check my weight, still suffering from constipation, and I'm a 500grams/1lb over, so I went to the steam room/hot tub in the morning, then I had to travel to a different location afterwards. Felt really tired, exhausted, dehydrated. I carried two scoops of Xtend Perform with me, hoping it'll rehydrate me later on.

This rarely happen, first time I've really struggled with cutting weight lol. Anyways, weigh in, then slammed almost 1L of sports drink filled with carbs (something like Gatorade). Ate a bunch of clean carbs and food etc. Normal procedure even though its a small local event. After an hour finishing off that sports drink, I put Xtend Perform in approximately 2L of water and slowly drank it over 2 hours. What's impressive is, compared to previous experiences, I felt rehydrated faster in a shorter amount of time, and I was making less trips to the bathroom. Probably the electrolytes in Xtend Perform doing work. After about 4 hours after the weigh in, I felt my hydration levels was almost back to normal despite all the hours I spent inside the steam room.

Good news is, my endurance was a lot better when the match came about 5 hours after the weigh in due to electrolytes and possibly Peak02 once again. Not entirely 100% back to normal, but better than previous experiences without Xtend Perform. In the future, I will always have Xtend Perform and maybe add even more BCAAs, for example just another scoop or 2 of standard Xtend or other BCAAs/electrolytes to aid in rehydration depending on the amount of water weight lost. Bad news is, I lost the match simply because my opponent was more experienced and my bad mentality at the time (worried about my hands, weight problems earlier making it super stressful, lack of motivation because it wasn't an official match... a local event) but I cannot deny how much Xtend Perform helped me rehydrate compared to previous experiences though. And, there is always next time I guess. Also punching power and hand speed, didn't taper off too much, and was less exhausted compared to previous experiences.

I guess today's experience might be informative for others who compete in weight class sports, such as wrestling etc. Tomorrow I'll go back to the gym, but I'll take a break from sparring and do less boxing related work for awhile

Have you ever used tubs for weight dropping? We haven't used a sauna in a long time with out fighters. We typically pull 15lbs of fighters.

Sorry you didn't get the win but love the log

Oh yes, hot tubs. How could I forget... Yeah, I did both actually. Sorry, I got it confused between sauna and steam room. I'll edit my post to reflect my mistake. I used both the steam room and the hot tub, but mostly spent most of the time in the steam room because I can move around... lightly shadowbox at random times to promote further sweating. Sorry brain fart, really tired. Been awake for 20 hours or so now. I dropped about 8~9lbs in total for this in like under 16~18 hours including sleep before the weigh-in (managed to get 5~6 hour sleep), was so stressful, didn't expect to have constipation at such a time from Wednesday to Friday and possibly due to bad preparation on my part too.

Not hot tub, bath tub. Lay in a tub 15-20 on, 30-40 off wrapped in towels. Lots of salt and other goodies in the tub. Each tub pulls 3lbs roughly

Day 19

Slept about 8 hours, but was well rested. I think I had a really deep sleep. Also, I didn't really take a beating yesterday, only my face and neck is slightly sore, rest of the body is okay, so I can continue to go back doing weight training

But today was a fantastic day, because Flexatril started kicking in!!! I will note where Flexatril helped me. Also, I did not stack it with GenoFlex, I discontinued GenoFlex as soon as I started dosing Flexatril. I've already taken 4 days of Flexatril at loading dose.

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed 2 Scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

Ran 4.6km/20mins

I didn't go for the full 30minutes. I wanted to cut down on some cardiovascular based exercises for the next 3 days including today. My legs did get some rest for the past 4 days or so, however, before I was on Flexatril, I had a slight pain along my shins from doing alot of volume due to running, jump rope, footwork drills etc. I felt my legs, particularly in the shins were already alot better, like almost 100%. I was quite happy, because GenoFlex did help, but Flexatril had a better noticeable effect.

After the run, I've finished 1 Scoop's worth of Xtend Perform while cooling down a bit. Refilled it back to 24oz, habit is still there.

Calisthenics circuit, 4 sets:

12x Pull-Ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging Leg Raise

I've taken 5 days of rest completely from calisthenics and anything to do with weights. This could also be the factor, but when I did the 1st set of pull ups, it felt a lot easier than before. I decided to add an extra 2 reps to each set of pull ups and dips. Rest between set times were the same too. Really happy that I can push for more reps today. I will attribute this mostly to Xtend Perform Peak 02 though, because, even when I've rested this long before or even longer, I rarely/never had this feeling where I am comfortable of adding extra reps on each set on pull ups, but yeah, today I felt comfortable and did it.

3x 12x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 8x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 12x 10.3kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 9x 10.3kg Cable Crossovers

*first set, 30 second rest into 2nd, after... 1min rest in between sets

Like the calisthenics, I tried to increase reps for this exercise. I was able to do it, felt too comfortable, took a short 30 second rest and jumped into the 2nd set. I was only able to increase 2 reps for the first 3 sets, but afterwards, it was back to normal. Overall I'm pleased, still a continued improvement.

5x 10x 50kg bent-over Overhand Barbell Rows
2x 10x 45kg bent-over Overhand Barbell Rows

Holy ****, I felt so good doing this. More sets of 50kg. This is where Flexatril shined for me today, I felt ALOT less pain in my left wrist when I pulled the bar up to my lower ribs. Usually, by the 3rd set, the pain in my left wrist is painful that I have to lower the weight and the last few reps of the 3rd set are in bad form. However, I did these with good form, and with good confidence. I was really happy, my left wrist has less pain, after 4 days on Flexatril. The pain hasn't completely gone, but it's a lot less painful.

4x 10x 47.3kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
4x 10x 41.3kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

I'm doing more volume for my back exercises, because I'm really happy that my left wrist has less pain now and I'm really testing it. I felt like I could do more volume today, by adding more sets, less exhaustion, attributing to Xtend Perform and rest I guess.

Before Flexatril, when I pull the handles towards my chest, I would start to feel a sharp pain, which becomes even more painful during the later sets/reps. After pulling the handles, I would sometimes compromise my form by releasing the handles back to it's original position too quickly because my left wrist would ache too much at times.

But today, it was a lot better, a lot less pain when I pulled the handles towards my chest and I was able to release the handles back to it's original position more slowly, to build further mind-muscle connection. The reduction in pain in my left wrist was consistent throughout all reps and sets. I was really happy, I seriously did not expect Flexatril to help my left wrist so fast.

Ab Circuit, 4 sets:

25x 8kg Russian Twist
50x Bicycle Crunches
1min Planks

4x 8x 8kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise
2x 8x 7kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise

I kept the volume the same, however, I wanted to focus on form today. Form was more consistent in the last 2 reps of each set compared to before. Also, I noticed less exhaustion in between reps and sets, before... sometimes I would wait a moment, like a second or two before in between reps but it didn't happen for 90% of the reps I did today. Also, for the last 2 sets with 7kg dumbbells, I was able to cut down my resting time to 30 seconds instead of 1min. Overall, form has improved in this one, but with the same volume.

4x 8x 20kg Barbell Curls
*1:30 resting time in between sets

Less muscular fatigue while doing these. After the 3rd set, I was quite confident that I could do the 4th set of the same weight, when I couldn't do it last time, but I slightly increased the resting time. 4th set, I had to squeeze up the last two reps. Satisfied.

4x 12x 18kg Tricep Pulldowns

Last time, I did 10 reps for each set. But this time, similar to previous exercises today, I added 2 more reps. I also noted better form, keeping my elbows and arms more stable with each pull etc.

Then I did some random ab work and finished with some mild stretching.

But, wow, I really love the combination of Flexatril and Xtend Perform already. I feel like the added intensity and duration that you get from Xtend Perform might put pressure on your joints, this can be individualistic but I feel my joints/tendons/ligaments or whatever take a beating sometimes from the volume work that I do on some days. But Flexatril really helped me out today, after taking 4 days of it. I'm still going to do the 10 day loading phase then drop down to maintenance dose.

GenoFlex never did anything for my wrists/hands after taking it for almost 2 months, I've stated this quite a bit in my previous posts. But Flexatril did... after day 4, it's already knocking down the pain in my left wrist. The only thing I felt GenoFlex did was provide some relief in my shins, but it did not completely go away, there were some runs where I felt some slight pain, but Flexatril made it almost completely gone today, I will take special note of this on future runs and provide further updates.

Today, I believed Xtend Perform helped me add some additional reps for some of my lifts. Also, the combination of both Xtend Perform and Flexatril improved my form when I went through the motion during my lifts.

Not hot tub, bath tub. Lay in a tub 15-20 on, 30-40 off wrapped in towels. Lots of salt and other goodies in the tub. Each tub pulls 3lbs roughly

Whoa, first time hearing this. I guess I'm using an old school method now. Thanks for the information, I'll look into it. If you got some links, that'd be cool

Man.. Your detail is Top notch. LOVE to hear that feedback on flexatril. We have had quite a few loggers state they loved it over genoflex. we appreciate the support 1Fast400

Day 20

Dosed 1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed 2 Scoops of Xtend Perform

7km/30mins

I initially planned to run for only 20mins, but I felt quite good during the run so I did the full 30. My legs felt quite good, complete painless run, reinforcing the notion that Flexatril is really working

Cooled down a bit, and drank 1 scoop's worth of Xtend Perform by this point

1x 12x 60kg Back Squats
1x 12x 70kg Back Squats
2x 12x 75kg Back Squats
2x 12x 70kg Back Squats

Added an extra set of 70kg Back Squats. I felt I could only do 2 sets of 75kg, felt I couldn't push for the 3rd set so I tapered down. I wanted to save energy for deadlifts.

1x 8x 70kg Deadlifts
1x 8x 80kg Deadlifts
1x 8x 90kg Deadlifts
2x 8x 100kg Deadlifts
2x 8x 90kg Deadlifts

This is where I improved today. I finally managed to do 2 full sets of 8 reps on 100kg (225lbs) deadlifts. Before doing the 1st 100kg set, I took a deep 2:30minute rest... then another 2min rest for 2nd set. That 8th rep on the 2nd set, felt like the 6th rep on the 2nd set from last time I did these (probably like 8~9 days ago?) so there is that slight improvement. Also, I finished like 3/4 of Xtend Perform by the time I went for that 2nd set of 100kg. Also, the resting times were similar to the last time I did deadlifts.

4x 8x (each side) 36kg (18kg dumbbells each side) Weighted Lunges

When I finished the 3rd set of lunges, I felt less exhausted than before the last time I did these. That is why I pushed for the 4th set at this weight, when I only did 3 sets last time. Also I must note that, it feels my forearms are getting stronger indirectly and/or less exhausted. Today, it felt a little less exhausting holding these dumbbells during these lunges

I can tell Flexatril is really kicking in. Before, putting weights/dumbbells back onto the rack was sometimes an annoying experience for me because I would have to experience the pain from my left wrist, but now I don't really have that problem anymore. Also, everyday things like pushing the door with my left hand etc gave me that sharp painful sensation for a moment. But it doesn't happen anymore. Pain is still there but very minimal now, a significant reduction in pain sensation to the point that it doesn't really bother me anymore. This is after 5 full days of loaded doses of Flexatril

Day 21

Full rest day, but I dosed Xtend Perform, 2 scoops

I had huge DOMS throughout my legs, hoping Xtend Perform would promote recovery

Day 22

Two Scoops of Xtend Perform, drank one half before running and the other half after

I ran 7km/30mins

By this time, I've taken a full 7 day's worth of loading phase of Flexatril. Everything about my legs is completely pain free. No more shin aches, no knee/ankle problems. It feels as if my whole legs, both of it are new. Fresh pair of legs.

That's it for that day

Day 23

I must've underscooped my Xtend Perform, because on Day 23, my 1st tub of Xtend Perform finished. Or I didn't count my days properly.

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

2 Scoops of Xtend Perform

I didn't start my morning workout with a run, instead I reversed it today.

Calisthenics circuit, 4 sets:

12x Pull-Ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging Leg Raise

I'm continuing to do the additional reps of pull ups and dips for this circuit. Also today, I've definitely shortened the transition time in between exercises. For example, I used to wait about 5 seconds in between pull ups and dips. This time, I make an instant transition from pull ups to dips. Same volume, same strength, but less resting time today.

I decided to attack my back first, because the cables was occupied.

4x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
4x 10x 45kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

I'm really happy with this. Both Flexatril and Xtend Perform has really helped me with my back exercises. It felt like my left wrist really let me down before for my back exercises. I'm doing these now almost pain free, let's say 90% pain free compared to before. Strength increase, with the same volume, and resting time in between sets.

4x 10x 50kg bent-over Overhand Barbell Rows

Less volume today, but I already attacked my back muscles from the seated rows. Still, I'm really happy I can do 50kg rows pain free in my left wrist. Xtend and Flexatril has really helped me with this particular lift and seated row.

4x 12x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
2x 12x 10.3kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)

I finally managed to do 4 sets of 14kg at 12 reps. My muscular endurance has slightly increased, allowing me to do more volume.

6x 8x 8kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise

By this time, I've finished two scoops of Xtend Perform. I've increased the resting time by a little bit to 45 secs to 1min. A little longer than before, but it allowed me to pull 6 full sets, instead of 4.

4x 8x 20kg Barbell Curls

Same sets, same volume, but I managed to decrease the resting time in between sets, a little from 1min to 1:15. A small improvement in recovery time.

4x 12x 18kg Tricep Pulldowns

Same as last time, nothing much to note.

Then, I finished with a 3.5km/15min run. A short run, because I was short on time. I believed I could've gone for longer. I felt better, I think it's because I drank two scoops worth of Xtend Perform, when I usually drink half a scoop or one full scoop before my run. After the 11min mark, the run felt a lot easier, than my usual comfort zone feeling at 18~22min mark.

Again, by this time I'm on 8 days of loading phase. Legs are 100% completely pain free. There is no aching at all, not a bit of aching in my shins, ankles. Slight improvement in pain, on my left wrist which gave me a confidence boost to do heavier back lifts. But man, Flexatril certainly kicks in super fast... so does Xtend Perform, love both products.

I've been a little quiet recently, I'm supposed to be taking it easy this week but yeah, just trying to fit gym work into my schedule right now. Will be going back into boxing on Sunday I think. However, I do feel Xtend Perform has allowed me to recover quickly from a severe calorie deficit, and dehydration during the days I had following up to the match. Also it allowed me to recover fast post match. Usually some of my lifts would decline a little due to what my body had to go through but I believed Xtend Perform helped my body recover quite fast from all that stress my body had to go through from Thursday to Saturday.

I've finished one full tub, but I will continue logging, will crack upon the 2nd tub of Xtend and post a final review during or after this weekend. There is one more thing I want to test with Xtend Perform before I post a final review.

Your next tub is on the way too buddy :)
Thanks for the support. I told you flexatril was the real deal. Let the AM Community know!

Day 24

I cracked open my own 2nd tub of Xtend Perform, Mango flavoured

Mixed 1 Scoop in 24oz of Water an hour before doing my run in the afternoon

Instead of going to the treadmill, I decided to run on the track which is about 10mins bike ride away

I already mixed the 2nd Scoop of Xtend in 24oz of water and drank about half of it

It was not a good day to go out running on the track, it was pretty hot and humid. It was about 37 degrees celcius (98 fahrenheit)

I managed to do two separate runs, 3.44km in 13:24 (3'53''/km pace), tracked on an app on my phone. Rested for about 6~7mins, drank the rest of Xtend Perform and do the 2nd run which I didn't track but ran at slower pace, probably at 4'10''~4'20''/km pace for a further 20mins or so.

I never run outside in summer because the humidity and the heat turns me off. But I tried out of the blue just to test Xtend Perform, anyways, on my tracking app, my average pace is 3'55'' so I'm satisfied that I was able to run slightly faster... but I wish I could've ran longer which I usually do, I usually aim for 20 or 30mins of continuous run on the track.

However, compared to my previous runs running on the track, I think the recovery aspect was really pronounced with Xtend Perform. I was able to quickly recover from the 1st run, rest a little and continue despite the heat.

Also I can tell Flexatril is really helping my legs, when I run at a pace faster than 4'/km on the tracks, my joints particularly around my ankles would ache a bit the following day, but I never got any aches afterwards.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day 25

2 Scoops of Xtend Perform

Calisthenics circuit, 4 sets:

12x Pull-Ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging Leg Raise

Same as last time.

4x 12x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 11x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 9x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)

I kept the weight the same instead of dropping it down. Slowly progressing

4x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
4x 10x 45kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

Same as last time, when I did the side close grip seated row, there was almost no pain in my left wrist. Glad I can still do these with good form.

1x 12x 60kg Back Squats
1x 12x 70kg Back Squats
3x 12x 75kg Back Squats

I just decided to do a full body workout today, so I put in some squats. After the 2nd set of 75kg, I felt I could push for a 3rd set of 75kg, which I did. Just a little push of motivation, willpower and Xtend Perform helps you progress more.

4x 8x (each side) 36kg (18kg dumbbells each side) Weighted Lunges

I was able to shorten the resting time in between the sets only slightly. Usually I would rest about 2mins or so in between sets. But I took about 1:40~1:50 resting time in between sets. Not significant, but it's still a slight improvement

Ab circuit, with some pushups, 4 sets:
25x 8kg Russian Twist
50x Bicycle Crunches
1min Planks
25x Push Ups

Instant transition time in between exercises, took about 2mins resting time in between sets.

Called it a day, and did some stretching

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day 26

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed two scoops of Xtend Perform

Ran 7km/30mins

Spent 15mins doing plyometrics, footwork drills and some sprints

I noticed alot of other people were quite exhausted, like towards the last 5mins, their sprinting speed worsened alot compared to me, but I was still able to sprint, my speed didn't taper off as bad as others.

4x 2mins Shadowboxing (low~moderate intensity)
4x 2mins Drills with a partner, slip/weave/combination thing

I think we did more drills, I can't remember but it wasn't that important

4x 3mins Sparring (low to moderate intensity)
3x 3mins Pad Work (very high intensity)
*1 min resting time

I'm really not used to 1min resting time. I feel like it's WAY more than enough for me to recover, perhaps due to Peak02 enhancing my recovery time in between these rounds. With the pad work, I felt my hand speed and power did not really decrease much, only by a little towards the end of round 3. I feel like you really notice the endurance aspects of Peak02, if you do interval training or anything, and you time yourself and your resting times.

I think after spending almost a month on Xtend Perform it's time that I make a full review of Xtend Perform very soon.

This afternoon, I got my wisdom teeth removed, two of them in my left jaw, the one in the bottom jaw has been bothering me for awhile now. So I'm out for a week or just over a week. And so, I have NOT been dosing Xtend Perform today and the past two days, and won't continue taking Xtend Perform/Cordyceps Militaris until I'm off these painkillers/antibiotics. Once I'm off, I'll resume taking the 2nd bottle of Xtend Perform and finish the log

However, since I did not take any Xtend Perform for the past 3 days including today, I did my morning training to see the difference.

Calisthenics Circuit, 4 sets:

10x Pull ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging leg raises

When I reached the 9th and 10th rep of the pull up, I decided not to go for the 12th, because, I would've compromised my form and I felt more fatigued. Also, I had to hesitate for 1~2 seconds in transitioning from pull ups to dips, dips to leg raises. I felt more exhausted, I felt my endurance really dropped back to normal, particularly on pull ups. I also noticed after each circuit, I was breathing more heavily than usual when I was drinking Peak02 back then.

4x 25x Flat Bench Leg Raise (I'll increase the difficulty by lifting most of my back off the bench with each rep)
*1st 2 sets, doing reverse dragon flag on the last 5 reps

Yeah, like the pull ups, felt my endurance dropped a bit here. I really couldn't be bothered to do reverse dragon flags on the last two sets

2x 12x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 11x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 9x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)

I tried to do the same weight when I was on the last day of Peak02. I only managed two completed sets instead of four. Then I continued to do the same weight instead of dropping the weight.

1x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
2x 10x 47.3kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
2x 10x 45kg Seated Row (Side close grip)
1x 10x 41.3kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

Similar to the exercise before this, I tried to keep the strength and do the same reps. However, I could only manage 1 set because I know that if I do the 2nd set, my form would've been bad. Lower strength, lower volume today on everything so far

4x 8x 8kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise

I had to increase the rest time to about 1:30 to manage 4 sets. Last time I managed 6 sets. On the 4th set, the last two reps weren't done with good form. Real noticeable muscular endurance decrease.

4x 8x 17.5kg Barbell Curls
4x 12x 18kg Tricep Pulldowns

Dropped the weight for 17.5kg. I should've tried 20kg, to see how it felt. I managed 4 sets of barbell curls without any problems. The 4th set of tricep pulldowns, the last 6 reps, I had to compromise my form, swing my elbow a bit more wildly to complete it.

Ran 4.6km/20mins

I decided to see how my run would go. The first moments I started running, it felt harder, like I felt I needed to put more effort.. increase my running/stepping speed compared to before YET it was set at the same pace. After the 12th/13th minute mark, I noticed my breathing was more heavier and quicker than before. When I was taking Peak02, it clearly felt more effortless, more comfortable running.

Overall, it felt so weird being off Peak02. It really made me realize how good Peak02 is, particularly for endurance. I also did this session about the same time as I would with Peak02, which is about hour and a half's work. Which means, when I was on Peak02, I would put in like 20~30% more volume (sets/reps) across most lifts, while completing it at the same time as I would without Peak02 due to shortened rest times in between sets/reps and transitioning time in between different exercises.

Anyways, that's it for now, gotta rest up my teeth. I'll put up a full detailed review on Friday for Xtend Perform tub#1, when I'm feeling better and can think clearer.

Edit: Kinda weird to do a log without Xtend Perform, but I was curious to see the difference... and seeing the decrease in performance didn't make me feel good lol

2nd Tub - Day 1
*Took about a week's break after 1st tub and the first few days of 2nd tub

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed 1 Scoop of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

7km/30mins

Okay so I've taken a week's break from Xtend Perform, due to my wisdom tooth removal mid last week. I've rested and have finished off my medication yesterday, and my jaw is feeling alot better now. Not swollen anymore, a slight bump if I feel my jaw with my finger

This run felt so easy, I think it's partly because I rested and drank some of Xtend Perform and took Cordyceps Militaris... I feel like I should extend my mileage in my runs, but that means I need to increase my time. I may increase it to 35mins starting tomorrow, making it a little over 8km/35mins

I strongly believe Flexatril will provide relief and anti-inflammatory properties for my legs. Most people get shin splints if they suddenly increase their mileage and/or intensity in their runs especially after a break/vacation.

4x 25x Flat Bench Leg Raise (I'll increase the difficulty by lifting most of my back off the bench with each rep)
*with the last 5 reps of each set being a negative Dragon Flag

I had about under 1 min's rest in between sets, I felt that was enough. Spending any more than 1min, I felt it was unnecessary

8x 25x Abdominal crunches on the abdominal bench, just BW
*45 second resting time

I just like doing these to build muscle-mind connection for my core.

Overall, I felt this morning's workout, I quickly got back into the groove of things. Usually, I would do 20mins run after a week's break, and probably take a longer resting time in between sets to get used to normal habits or whatever. But Xtend Perform really put my body's performance back to normal after taking a break. Really loving Xtend Perform, and of course Flexatril.

Evening:

So after this morning's workout and throughout the day, I was pondering whether I should go sparring. There wasn't any pain in my left jaw. Anyways, I decided to go.

Mixed 2nd scoop of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

15mins warming up

3x 3mins shadowboxing (low to moderate intensity)

I haven't done much boxing for the past two weeks, but I noticed my endurance is quite good, I feel quite relaxed too

3x 3mins sparring (light)

One of the rounds was not light at all, one of the guys just went a little too far, but his endurance burnt out. He also took a 2~3 weeks break from boxing, and he struggled to maintain his endurance the whole round. However, me on the other hand, I kept my cool, kept it light and didn't exhaust myself at all.

4x 2mins sparring (moderate intensity)

This one is different. 1 person does long distance fighting, just keeping his distance with jabs, straight rears. The other person has to try get in, do some in-fighting with short hooks, uppers etc.

I felt this is where I shined. Obviously the one that has to go in, has to put a lot of pressure. Like you have to do some pressure fighting. That requires some endurance and tactical work. I was able to constantly get into people's faces and land some flush hooks to their chins. The coach was quite impressed with my endurance and work ethic here.

3x 2mins sparring (moderate to high intensity)
*1st minute, normal sparring
*2nd minute, in-fighting - exchanging hits non-stop

Luckily my left jaw didn't get take much beating lol. I was worried about that. Anyways, one of the rounds, I was able to outlast my sparring partner due to superior endurance. He got exhausted that he couldn't continue during the last 10~15 seconds lol, and that's the guy who took a break like me.

3x 3mins sparring (moderate to high intensity)

Standard sparring, no special rules here. I had already finished Xtend Perform before starting. I noticed better recovery in between rounds and combinations.

Lots of stretching done after, cooling down

I'm really pleased about how easily I transitioned back into training from my break. I believe Xtend Perform really helped me get back in, performing at that moderate to high intensity after a break. I also noticed, my knuckles and wrists are less sore after this training session too, I'm attributing this to Flexatril, providing pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties. I'm really loving both products. And because I took a break, I really believe Xtend Perform provides acute benefits on the 1st day, it's not like beta-alanine where you have to wait for it to be saturated in your body for it to provide any benefits. But I still think, after about 7 days of continued use, it starts to reach the peak. I really should put in a review for the 1st tub. I think I'll do that tomorrow.

By the way, thanks for sending me a tub of Xtend Perform and Flexatril. Received it last week! I really love black cherry, I'm currently using mango right now and I totally miss drinking black cherry...

Xtend Perform Flavour Review - MANGO in 24oz of water

It's my first time tasting a mango flavoured supplement ever. Maybe my taste buds is weird, but the mango I tasted is more towards bitter/sour, instead of sweet. I prefer a sweeter taste of the mango instead of sour. However, the first few mouthfuls is quite refreshing, but when drinking it intra-workout, I don't really pay attention to the sourness of the mango anymore... I think by that time I prefer something a little sweeter. It really made me miss and appreciate black cherry more. Overall, I would give the mango flavouring, an 8.

I have just started Mango and find it great taste wise, even better than regular xtend. Cherry is also on par and nice, next one 3rd tub i try will be fruit punch, endurance is improving and intensity of workouts seems to keep increasing from week to week, i am also able to increase volume e.g. 1-2 extra sets without getting tired.

This stacks really well with Strength Unleashed and Follidrone 2 for strength / endurance.

Love hearing this man.. Keep the feedback coming!!!

Will do, i also sent PM on my current stock of Xtend Perform.

I also have 1kg tub of regular Xtend Blue Raspbery, my brother has 1kg in Orange flavour which is one of the worst overall.

And 30 serving size tubs of:

Pineapple,
Mango,
Lemon Lime,
Pink Lemonade,
Strawberry Kiwi,
Grape,

I have tried the watermelon in the RTD as a sample on order and find it to be one of the better tasting flavours alongside mango, blue raspberry and green apple. Only one left for me to try now is the fruit punch. then i have tried every flavour that scivation has to offer with xtend, it would be great if the black cherry could be added to the regular version.

I am currently using 2 scoops of Xtend Perform or 32 grams of the Mango version with an additional 5 grams of leucine powder,

then i mix up 1 scoop of one of the other flavours of regular Xtend and add another 5 grams of leucine, i then drink both alternating between then through my workouts.

2nd Tub - Day 2
*Took about a week's break after 1st tub and the first few days of 2nd tub

I woke up a little late, partly my fault cause I stayed up a later than usual, really wanted my 8 hours of sleep.

Anyways, this morning I have very limited time before I have to go to class, and I forgot to mention yesterday I didn't get to eat much food... poor appetite yesterday and that I had no time to eat right after that evening training, deficit of 900~1000.

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed 2 scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

The mango flavour is quite strong, I can taste a bit of sweetness, but mainly bitterness of the mango here. Probably like 25% sweet, 75% bitter.

Anyways, I have less than an hour to workout this morning.

7km/30mins

Felt a little exhausting than yesterday, but I felt good. I drank about 1 scoop's worth before running and at about 12~13min mark, I felt comfortable. I'm actually surprised that I did the full 30mins when I massively underate my calorie intake yesterday. I usually would've struggled to do 30mins, and probably would've settled for 20mins instead.

So, I didn't want to be late for class. Running shaved off more than 30mins. I decided to keep the strength up, but do less volume, and keep the resting time in between sets the same as the 1st tub.

Circuit, 4 sets:
12x Pull Ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging leg raises

*resting time in between sets, at about 1:30

It seems I kept my volume for this circuit, of doing 12 reps instead of 10. Also, I think I usually take about 2mins resting time or something. Good recovery in between sets.

2x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
2x 10x 45kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

*45 second resting time in between sets

Whoa, this felt really good. I'm onto my 2nd bottle of Flexatril. I'm probably on like day 23 or something of Flexatril, and I did these completely painfree. There is literally NO pain in my left wrist anymore doing these. After the 1st full bottle of Flexatril, including loading and maintenance dose, it has eliminated the pain there 100%. Also, I kept my strength, and surprised that I can keep the resting time quite short. However, I also did cut the volume at most here.

2x 20kg Barbell Curls
*resting time of under 1min
2x 15x 18kg Tricep Pulldowns
*resting time of about 45 seconds

Kept my strength, from my 1st tub. Good short resting time. I did what I could do in that short amount of time.

Even though, I didn't do much today. I believed I did more than enough in about a little over 50mins. While running took about 30~35mins (running/cooling down), and I did the weight training part in around 20mins timeframe. I believed Xtend Perform, really helped me perform as much as I can in under 55~60mins AND when I ate a 900~1000 calorie deficit the previous day.

I decided to take a bit of a rest during the afternoon/evening. Going to make sure to eat properly, and sleep earlier today.

Nice to hear these progresses you're making. Yeah, I too, feel like I can do alot of volume if I had time... Peak02 is really good for increasing stamina/endurance. I've tried so many supplements (incl. baking soda, beta alanine, citrulline malate, etc etc) to increase endurance, and I think Peak02 is one of the best I've tried in terms of effects (better time to exhaustion, recovery time), I would without any doubt, put it at top 2, if not #1.

I think, with Mango, I prefer it to be concentrated... instead of being diluted. Whereas, black cherry tastes good in any amount of water IMO. Or maybe it's just my taste buds lol

I've yet to try Follidrone 2.0, just keeping the log clean of other variables. I think I will give it a go next month or September. The feedback seems to be very good.

Follidrone 2 has been solid so far for the past 11-12 weeks i have been on it, also i mix mango xtend perform in 400-450ml of water to have it quite strong tasting.

Had a really busy weekend, didn't get to update the log and didn't do much. A few of my friend's birthday came up, another was going overseas, farewell party etc.

Friday

1g of Cordycep Militaris upon waking

Mixed 1 scoop of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

Morning:

8.2km/35min run

Decided to extend the time from 30mins to 35mins. A little more exhausting than the 30min one, but it was good. Recovered quite well after, then went to do some weights after

Circuit, 4 sets:
12x Pull Ups
12x Dips
25x Hanging leg raises

3x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
3x 10x 45kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

Increased the volume here, kept the resting time the same. I'm back to where I was on the last week of tub 1. Recovering well after the wisdom tooth surgery I guess. Doing these completely pain free by the way.

6x 8x 8kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise

Ab circuit 4 sets:
25x 8kg Russian Twist
50x Bicycle Crunches
1min Planks

Instant transition time in between exercises, with a resting time of about 1:30 in between sets. Then did alot of stretching.

Evening/late Afternoon:

20mins Jump Rope (2.5skips per second)

4x 3mins Shadowboxing (moderate to high intensity)
*45 second resting time in between rounds

Went back to 45 second resting time to see. I felt it was a little more than enough, then decided to lower it to 30seconds next

4x 3mins Heavy Bag Work (moderate to high intensity)
4x 3mins Alternate shadowboxing and bag work (moderate to high intensity)
*30 sec resting time

Recovery in between rounds is good. Able to keep the intensity for all rounds, punching volume and power didn't really taper off too much towards the end. Also before I used Flexatril, I was scared to throw too many heavy left hooks on the heavy bag because sometimes causes some minor pain in my left wrist. But, after doing a few left hooks without pain, I was able to practice my left hooks more and more on the bag. Was good
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today

Didn't do anything yesterday, was out the whole day, with friends on Saturday. Stayed up quite late in the morning, woke up in the afternoon lol

Mixed 2 Scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

Warming up, just some light stretching, warming up the joints

4x 25x Flat Bench Leg Raise (I'll increase the difficulty by lifting most of my back off the bench with each rep)
*with the last 5 reps of each set being a negative Dragon Flag

Good and fast recovery in between sets, managed to keep the resting time at 1min. Drank 1 scoop's worth of Xtend Perform by this time.

Kinda got into the mood to run after this, but decided to change it up

I used to do alot of interval running on the treadmill last year, it really improved my cardiovascular endurance overall, but I got lazy this year. But today, I decided to start doing it now

0:45 9km/hr pace, 2:15 16km/hr pace. Each set of interval over 3mins covers a little over .7km.

Anyways, I managed to complete 10 sets of these continuously.

A little over 7.1km/30mins total.

This is a lot more exhausting than my steady run of 7km/30mins. I noticed while doing this interval run on the treadmill, I can easily drink Xtend Perform when I'm on that 45seconds of 9km/hr pace. I started drinking doing it at about after 10mins into it.

I didn't expect to do the full 30mins before hopping onto the treadmill. I thought I would do 5 sets of these intervals (15mins), then I would finish the other 15mins with a steady run @ 14km/hr pace. Was surprised. After each vacation, or break from doing interval running, I would've never been able to do the full 30mins straight up. I needed to build it up, like do about 6~7 sets on the 1st day, then gradually build to 10 sets for 30mins which takes about 2 weeks. But today, I surprised myself and managed to do it after about half a year of not doing these on the 1st day of attempt. I guess, by drinking a scoop of Xtend Peform before running, and being able to drink the rest of the 2nd scoop during the low intensity 9km/hr pace, I was able to recover a little faster to run the 2:15 16/km paces.

Also, since running at a higher pace, it takes a toll on my joints. But today, I felt my legs were completely fine. No signs of pain, aching or tension in my legs, thanks to Flexatril.

Decided to call it a day, felt quite accomplished after doing that interval run and did alot of stretching afterwards.

Sorry, I've been a little inconsistent with updates on the 2nd tub. Lots of stuff going on at the moment, less working out time

Anyways, I've done these interval runs

0:45 9km/hr pace, 2:15 16km/hr pace. Each set of interval over 3mins covers a little over .7km.

I did two of these, once today and another time 3 days ago. But today, I added a little twist to it

I did 5 intervals of it, for 15mins total, then I ran at a steady pace of 13.8km/h afterwards for 15mins.

I find that for these interval runs, I need to mix a scoop of Xtend Perform in 8~10oz of water. Making it super concentrated so I can take a good deal of Peak02 and electrolytes in a single mouthful during that low intensity 9km/h pace.

Xtend Perform's Mango tastes pretty good when it's super concentrated

I noticed better recovery in between the high intensity intervals. Low intensity, just take a quick mouthful of Xtend Perform, take deep breathes, and quickly recover up. Even though, I'm still jogging on 9km/h, that pace seriously feels like walking pace for me now lol

Afternoon:

Circuit, 4 sets:
13x Pull Ups
15x Dips
30x Hanging leg raises

About 2mins resting time in between sets

First set of pull ups, I felt I could add one more rep to each set. It just felt easier today. I feel my muscular endurance is getting better with BW calisthenics

3x 12x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
*approx 0:45-0:50 resting time
1x 9x 14kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)
1x 12x 10.3kg Cable Crossovers (Shoulders)

I was a little too ambitious here. My resting time in between in the initial sets, I believe were too short. Didn't manage 4 full sets with decreased resting time. But almost made it

3x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
3x 10x 47.3kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

*approx over 1min resting time

This time, I increased my resting time. Was able to be consistent and pull off the a good deal of volume. Also I want to note that, I increased my side close grip weight as well. So there is that slight strength increase with the same recovery/endurance

Ab circuit, 4 sets.
1minute 2kg dumbbells shadowboxing in a semi-v position on that bench (focusing on using abs to swing the arms)
25x frog kicks
1 minute V-Sit on V-Core bench with good form

I noticed better endurance here. I was able to twist my core to swing those dumbbells around more frequently than before in that first exercise of the circuit.

6x 8x 8kg Front and lateral dumbbell raise

And some more random calisthenics work, focusing more on abs etc

Also 3 days ago, I also did some boxing related training work

I was able to maintain my 30 second resting interval in between rounds, which involved some moderate to high intensity bag work, shadowboxing. Recovery aspect of Xtend Perform is really pronounced, I don't feel out of breathe... I seriously feel Xtend Perform has drastically improved my body's V02, and I feel that aspect is the most pronounced aspect of Peak02.

Sorry, I'm starting to become really busy, haven't had the time to do as much workout as I wanted to and the time to post, however, I've been doing some workouts and keeping some mental notes and other notes on my phone

However, I've been doing my morning runs everyday. So I've been dosing Xtend Perform prior to those runs

From Sunday to Tuesday, I was able to do 3 of those interval runs in a row

Invalid Link Removed

The best part was, being able to do it for 3 mornings in a row. Since these interval runs take a toll on my legs, usually I would have some aching in the shins or ankles. However, I didn't experience any aching with Flexatril. Legs felt completely good. Breathing pattern has definitely improved, in those :45 second low intensity, my breathing was less heavier and rapid than before when I started out which suggests, an increase in V02.

I was not able to do 4 mornings in a row, because on that 4th day I did legs and woke up with huge DOMs which lasted 3 days.

1x 12x 60kg Back Squats
1x 12x 70kg Back Squats
3x 12x 75kg Back Squats
2x 12x 70kg Back Squats

More sets, meaning more volume. I kept the resting time at over 1:30, no more than 2:00.

1x 8x 70kg Deadlifts
1x 8x 80kg Deadlifts
1x 8x 90kg Deadlifts
3x 8x 100kg Deadlifts
3x 8x 90kg Deadlifts

Like Squats, I did more sets. Perhaps one of the main reasons why I got huge DOMs the days after. I didn't try to increase the weight, instead I opted to do more sets = more volume. My resting time in between sets were no more than 2mins.

4x 8x (each side) 32kg (16kg dumbbells each side) Weighted Lunges

I initially wanted to aim for 6 sets, to keep the volume up. But by the 4th set, I felt my legs were giving in, so I called it. Went really deep on the lunges too, keeping the form perfect, and feeling the burn.

So for this workout, I felt Xtend Perform allowed me to increase the volume and keep the resting time in between sets no longer than 2mins.

So after this workout, I woke up with huge DOMs. I couldn't do any interval runs for 3 days. Instead, I did the steady pace of 7km/30mins.

Yesterday, I did a workout, a short one cause I only had limited time

I did the run, @ 7km/30mins.

I cooldowned for 5mins, while drinking at least half of 2 scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of water

Circuit, 4 sets:
12x Pull Ups
15x Dips
30x Hanging leg raises

About 2mins resting time in between sets

I did some v sits, and other sorts of ab/core afterwards for about 15mins.

3x 8x 54.3kg Wide-grip Lat Pulldown
3x 8x 57kg (I think it was 57) Close-grip Lat Pulldown
*30~45second resting time in between sets

The best part was the amazing recovering in between sets. I felt I was ready to attack another set after about 30 seconds of resting time. I truly physically and mentally felt more any longer than 45 seconds was unnecessary. Oh another thing to note is that, there is no wrist pain on my left wrist while doing these.

------------------------

This morning, most of the DOMs disappeared so I decided to do some interval running

I mixed 2 scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of water, dranking about a scoop's worth on the way

15mins of interval running, then straight into 30mins of steady pace

Total: 10.6km in 45mins

After about the 4th interval, my legs started to get a little sore. The DOMs haven't completely gone so I decided to tone down the pace after the 5th interval and go for a higher mileage. I've fnished most of Xtend Perform during those low intensity parts of the interval run so I was expecting the endurance factor to come in soon. The first 5mins of the steady pace, I kinda struggled a little bit to transition. However, after the 20min mark of the run, it felt alot better. Closing onto the 40th minute mark, my energy levels started to sharply dip and I just pushed myself to finish at the 45min mark. Really wanted to hit over 10km today. No sore joints or anything which was good, but the muscles in my legs were exhausted

Cooled down for 5mins, went to do a variety of core stuff, and spent quite some time stretching my legs, particularly around my abductors

Looking at the tub, it seems like I only a few days left of Xtend Perform I really need to find the time to post a final review.

Edit:

I realized I've been recomping pretty damn well with Xtend Perform. I've been eating at a slight calorie deficit on most days, with some huge cheats once every week and a half. And there was a week where I was eating on a maintenance/slight calorie surplus. Anyways, I noticed clothes are fitting tighter, especially my legs and back. My lats are growing quite rapidly, such was becoming a little wider and my core looks thicker. I think it's because Xtend Perform improved my training in every way, more volume, better strength that my body is just recomping really well as a result

That is absolutely epic feedback man.
Between the flexatril and perform which do you think is working more effectivly? Seems like the pain from flexatril has really done your body well.

Looks like my Xtend Perform will probably run out this Friday, likely use the last two scoops at sparring on that night

Anyways, I had a decent workout today because I finally have time and I wanted to focus on deadlifts cause I believe that's the most important lift

1g of Cordyceps Militaris upon waking

Mixed 2 scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of Water

Ran 4.6km/20mins

Didn't want to do any interval runs or go the full 30mins, saving some energy for deadlifts

Jump Rope 20mins (2.5-3skips per second)

Feeling pretty damn good about my cardiovascular endurance, the skipping pace was good. Probably drank half or just more than half of Xtend Perform by this time.

4x 3mins shadowboxing (moderate intensity)
*30 second resting time

Haven't been doing much boxing related stuff, but keeping my skills and stuff sharpened, don't want it to rust, probably go sparring on Friday with the last two scoops of the last tub of Xtend Perform. Maintaining that 30 second resting time in between rounds, endurance is still impeccable

1x 12x 60kg Back Squats
1x 12x 70kg Back Squats
3x 12x 75kg Back Squats
1x 9x 75kg Back Squats

*1:30~2:00 resting time

Decided to stop here and do some deadlifts

1x 8x 70kg Deadlifts
3x 8x 90kg Deadlifts
1x 8x 100kg Deadlifts
5x 8x 105kg Deadlifts

*1:30~2:00 resting time in between sets

Holy volume, I did not expect myself to do 5 sets of 105kg deadlifts. I also believed I shortened my resting time a little as well. The last rep of the last two sets, I had to really push myself. Felt pretty damn good. After the 90kg deadlifts, I finished Xtend Perform so I was hoping that it would kick in for the remainder of the sets and the session.

2x 10x 170kg Leg Press (machine weighs 70kg, with added +100kg weight)
2x 10x 190kg Leg Press (machine weighs 70kg, with added +120kg weight)
2x 10x 210kg Leg Press (machine weighs 70kg, with added +140kg weight)

*40 second resting time

I haven't done these for awhile, it's because the leg press was broken, and it finally got fixed. Form wasn't 100% in the last 2 sets, however, I tried to get my knees as close as to my chest as possible, I could feel the burn in my hamstrings. I also noticed one awesome thing. When I did these before, my left knee would be in pain, during the later sets. But today there was no pain because of Flexatril, pretty happy about that.

Did some random forearm curls, reverse forearm curls. My forearms feel pretty pumped at the end, from the deadlifts too lol

Did alot of stretching and foam rolling, hopefully enough so that I don't wake up with massive doms tomorrow

That is absolutely epic feedback man.
Between the flexatril and perform which do you think is working more effectivly? Seems like the pain from flexatril has really done your body well.

I cannot choose one... they are both excellent products in their own right. Flexatril is the best joint support product I've ever used, and I've used alot of other joint support products in the past too. If I'm doing boxing or any cardiovascular type exercises, Xtend Perform has really improved my endurance by a lot, and it really suits the days when I was training twice a day, it made those long grueling training sessions a lot less exhausting.

Looking at the tub, this is probably the 2nd or 3rd last day of Xtend Perform

1g of Cordyceps militaris upon waking

Mixed 2 scoops of Xtend Perform in 24oz of icy water

Ran 7km/30mins

Felt really good today. Cooled down for 3~4minutes.

20mins Jump Rope (2.5-3skips per second)

My skipping pace never dropped at all, didn't taper off at all. Solid 20mins, really good considering I did it after my run

4x 3mins shadowboxing (moderate-high intensity)
*30 second resting time

Took 2~3min break then

4x 3mins shadowboxing (moderate-high intensity)
*30 second resting time

The first set of rounds, I put some rules like I can only do straight punches etc. So I wasn't doing the same boring stuff, included some variety. Towards the end, I basically finished 90% of Xtend Perform

My punching volume hardly tapered off at all, I felt my endurance was exceptional. Really surprised at how well I recovered in those 30 seconds in between rounds and that my breathing was really controlled with each punch/motion. No heavy breathing at all, no signs of exhaustion.

Ab circuit 4 sets:

25x 8kg Russian Twist
30x Moving spiderman crawls
1min V-Sit hold

*transition time of 10~15 seconds
*resting time of 2~3mins in between sets

Endurance is still there, very pronounced. I did these with good form and time too I believe. That 15second transition time from spiderman crawls to v-sit was just enough, usually I'd give myself 30 seconds or longer to recover. Loving how Xtend Perform has shortened my recovery time, the endurance factor is real and pronounced

I have also found this effective and am on my 3rd tub, in fruit punch, overall I feel cherry and mango are the best flavour wise, I have been cutting at a daily deficit between 900-1000 below my maintenance level, using this product in combo with ignit3 has allowed for me to maintain or even improve strength on some lifts.

Have you logged this for us yet bud?
if not I have a new promo up in the company promo section.

Morning:

1g of Cordyceps militaris upon waking

Mixed 1 scoop of Xtend Perform in 24oz of water

Ran 4.6km/20mins

Shorter run cause I wanted to conserve energy for the workout afterwards and later this evening, anyways felt pretty good afterwards. Recovered quite well during the cool down

Circuit, 4 sets:
13x Pull Ups
15x Dips
30x Hanging leg raises

Same resting time and stuff as last time. Was able to do these well after that run

2x 10x 57kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
1x 10x 53.2kg Seated Row (Overhand close grip)
3x 10x 52kg Seated Row (Side close grip)

Strength improvements with this seated row exercise, with the same volume. Resting time was around 1min. No pain in my left wrist when pulling the cables

Ab circuit 4 sets:
25x 8kg Russian Twist
*30 second rest (transition)
30x Moving spiderman crawls
*10 second rest (transition)
1min Planks

*1:30~2min resting time

Changed it up a little bit. Wanted to rest more for the spiderman crawls cause that's the hardest exercise out of the 3. But I decreased the resting time for the set.

2x 10x 30kg Seated Military Press
2x 8x 30kg Seated Military Press

*under 1min resting time

Just wanted to try something new for shoulders. Changing it up.

Lots of stretching done afterwards

Evening:

Mixed 1 scoop of Xtend Perform in 24oz of water

10mins Jump Rope (2~2.5skips per second)

Warming up stuff, 10mins or so

4x 2mins very light sparring (warming up, not hitting hard/no headgear, just very light contact)

Just to make everyone get warmed up for some hard sparring later

2x 2mins moderate intensity sparring (only using lead hand, head)

2x 2mins moderate intensity sparring (only using lead hand, head/body)

2x 2mins high intensity sparring (both hands, head)

4x 2mins high intensity sparring (both hands, head/body)

*1min rest in between rounds
*3mins rest between the different modes of sparring

I felt my aerobic capacity was exceptional... I wasn't breathing heavily afterwards, maybe except for only 1 round out of all of them. During sparring I noticed that I couldn't increase my punching volume. It was the same, or just a little better than before. However, with those same amount of punches, I was able to do more 'harder/stronger punches' this time. The coach who watched me, noticed if I do a 3combo, the last 2 of the combo are the stronger punches, instead of the last one of the combo being the big one (back then). Which seems to suggest there is an increase in anaerobic capacity. During all the sparring rounds, 90% of the time, I felt quite relaxed, wasn't stressed at all. Not sure if it's due to the Peak02's adapotgenic properties or not. But the strongest and most significant benefit of Peak02 I felt from all my sparring sessions, is the aerobic increase. I felt my breathing pattern was usually on point, hardly breathing heavily most of the time and I could go for multiple rounds, due to the recovery time in between rounds. Definitely suits for those long training sessions

I'll wrap up the final review by the end of this weekend

Final review will be epic
Do you find any joint issues with ankles or knees with the high intensity cardio? Or flexatril helping there as well?

Flexatril has done a lot, kept my shins, knees, ankles completely pain free when I increased the intensity and/or volume of my cardio work. I must note that I never had any major leg injury/surgery before, only got pain from excessive cardio work. Before Flexatril, I would usually get some ankle aches and mild shin splints if I increased the intensity/volume of my cardio work too fast or for too long without rest days.

1Fast400 will be LOVING that feedback.
That is top notch feedback man! Thank you for your honesty.

Hows the feedback coming in here? Should be getting close to the end of your tub.
For a final review could you summarize the key points you noted during your run on perform?
Biggest attribute?
Biggest thing you noted in the gym?
What varied from your workouts since starting perform?

As far as flexatril goes.. how would you compare it to other joint products you have used?
Do you see it being something you would invest in again?

I've already finished both tubs of Xtend Perform last week.

Final Review

10/10

It is a perfect supplement for increasing one's performance. The most notable effect for me is the recovery rate and the endurance factor. The endurance factor certainly exceeded my expectations. For weight training, I was able to shorten my recovery times in between sets and add more volume, while also increasing strength at a slight caloric deficit. For boxing, I was able to train at a higher intensity for a longer period of time, for example I was able to do more skips per second during my jump rope for longer periods. I was able to shorter the resting time in between rounds when I was shadowboxing and doing bag work. Sparring felt a lot more easier and comfortable, I wasn't worried about conserving energy and endurance, was more focused on how to attack, counter etc. During boxing, over time my punching rate and power didn't taper off as much when I was on Xtend Perform. It also made my daily runs much easier, I tried different times and intervals, Xtend Perform certainly helped all across the board, both aerobic and anaerobic. It seriously felt like I grew an extra pair of lungs, because after each set or each round in boxing, I was rarely out of breath.

It is one of the best supplements I've ever used for increasing performance (endurance/time to exhaustion) and would definitely recommend it to any endurance/sport athlete, because I believe those people would benefit the most from Xtend Perform. Just like how, almost every athlete is probably on beta alanine, I feel that in the future, most athletes will be on Peak02, because it definitely ramps up your performance in training and competition, and they need every advantage they can get.

For the recreational gym-goer, I can see them enjoying Xtend Peform. Since I was able to pump out alot more volume (sets, reps), with some strength increases, I felt my workouts were more efficient. There were some days were I only had limited time to train, however I was able to do more sets and reps than before, while finishing my workout at the same time frame as before (when I wasn't on Xtend Perform). Because of that, towards the end of the two tubs, I really noticed that my body recomped more quickly than I expected.

I will always keep tubs of Xtend Perform in my cabinet, and I really can't wait when bulk Peak02 comes out. Taking this stuff as a staple along with beta alanine, taurine, etc will be made more afforable. The only thing that's missing is carbohydrates, however that can be easily be solved. I'm going to be adding Karbolyn/HBCD on top of Xtend Perform for those days when I'll be doing some strenuous sparring.

-----------------------
I have not done a final review for Flexatril yet, I will do it very soon, because I want to see how much Flexatril really helped me when I'm off Flexatril for at least a week. I've already used up my 2nd bottle of Flexatril 3 days ago and have discontinued it since. Let's say, I really want to be back on Flexatril after being off for 3 days, but for the sake of the review, I want to fully see how much Flexatril has helped.

Hey you 1Fast400
how is that for feedback?

STELLAR review man. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort.

Can't wait to see what you have to say about flexatril.

Additional bonus log for this evening's boxing session

Before, I focused this log solely on Xtend Perform, so I didn't take any other variables.

Tonight, I had an amazing boxing session, this time I mixed some carbohydrates with Xtend Perform.

We did some jump rope, shadowboxing (light to moderate intensity) to warm up over 20 or so minutes.

Then it got to the sparring part

3x 2mins very light sparring (warming up, not hitting hard/no headgear, just very light contact)

Just warming up

3x 2mins moderate intensity sparring
*resting time of 45 seconds in between rounds
*changed partners after each round

3x 3mins moderate intensity sparring
*resting time of 45 seconds in between rounds
*change partners after each round

Longer rounds, 3minutes now. I'm not feeling exhausted, not out of breath. One guy is though, so towards the end of the round, I had to go a little light.

6x 3mins moderate to high intensity sparring
*45 second resting time
*change partners after each round

Damn, this is where it really shined with the extra carbs. Before I would feel a little hungry, my stomach is screaming for some food towards during the last minute or 30 seconds of the 2nd last round or the last round, but I wouldn't be exhausted, it's a strange feeling lol. But with the extra carbohydrates, I didn't get any sort of hunger pang at all, even towards the end. My punching volume hardly tapered off, towards the end, my sparring partner became more of a punching bag in the last min in one particular round lol... he didn't have enough stamina to keep up, and so I continued to throw punches, but kept it light, like a hard tap, not a forceful punching blow. And in those 45 second resting time, I recovered pretty well, it was enough rest in between rounds.

Best of all is, after that training session, I felt awesome with everything, I wasn't exhausted, felt I could go longer and go for more rounds. Xtend Perform... it really increases your stamina to the next level. If you guys ever release Xtend Perform with a carb version, I'll definitely buy it.

Now, since I've been off Flexatril for 3 days. I can tell my legs aren't 100% pain free anymore. I'm getting those slight aches along my lower part of my shins when I jump rope and run now and it's bothering me. Day and night difference when I'm taking Flexatril... I'm going to continue my cardio work for a further 3 or 4 days then probably jump back on Flexatril.

Flexatril Final Review

Another 10/10

No doubt this is the best joint support product I've ran to date. I've ran GenoFlex, Joint Help, Joint Force, Cissus XT, Joint Support XT, but I feel Flexatril has worked best for me out of all of them. After being off Flexatril for 7 days, my body's joints could not keep up with my cardio work, and so today I had to cut down the intensity. The ankles and lower shins on both legs ache slightly during my runs now and the pain in my left wrist has came back.

Now the reasons why I feel Flexatril is the best I've used is that, Flexatril provided pain relief for my wrist which no other joint support product would. I was really surprised by that. Also, other joint support products did not provide complete 100% pain relief for my legs, they only provided like 85~90% pain relief or something. Flexatril provided complete 100% pain relief for my legs, not even the slightest of ache was experienced during my runs when I was on Flexatril, and I felt I could keep increasing the intensity of my cardio work without worry. And by providing pain relief for my left wrist, I was able to do normal everyday stuff without much pain such as carrying groceries, pushing or pulling the door etc.

I have no need to try and look for another joint support product anymore, I feel Flexatril is top of the range and will remain and continue to be my staple joint support.

I feel Flexatril and Xtend Perform work hand in hand with each other. Xtend Perform absolutely increased my performance in the gym and boxing. Due to increased performance and intensity, I put more and more pressure on my joints, which halted my progress for a short moment. Once Flexatril came in and provided relief for my left wrist within days, I was able to continue progressing and reap the full benefits of Xtend Perform.
