BAIBA questions.

I've been dosing 2g a day and haven't noticed anything either, but I think it's suppose to be like Evomuse Brite where it works over an extended period of time, turning WAT into BAT. I don't think this has acute effects, but theoretically you should see results months later.

This is not what I have seen in the literature, which has only been with the use of either In Vitro Mice Cells, Or Mice themselves. In those two areas it did two things: Kept already lean Mice from getting fat, and increased the production of Adiponectin and Leptin. It's not even a "Fat Burner" in a test tube - it's more "Anti-Obesity". Billing this as a "Fat Burner" is kind of BS IMO.

I'll control weight re-gain by keeping my mouth closed around junk food - it's cheaper... or start doing Cocaine, that's probably cheaper too! :D

Honestly, the majority of non-stim fat burners are not fat burners at all and are better suited to prevent fat gain.....

To this end, BAIBA (100 or 500 mg/kg/day) was administered for 4 months in mice totally deficient in leptin (ob/ob)
Do they refere to 100/500 mg per kg ?

IMO, this stuff does nothing (used two tubs at proper mg per kg) you will notice and is expensive to boot. It's not like 60 days of Forskolin for $15 where if it does nothing for you, you don't really care. It's like $45/Month. There is ZERO data on supplemental BAIBA in humans causing any fat loss. The Framingham Heart Study had absolutely nothing to do with fat loss (or even taking oral, supplemental BAIBA) - Save your money is my advice.

What is this stuff supposed to do ?

The sellers of it will say Fat Loss, but the Mouse data (all there is for in vivio supplemental BAIBA) only shows a prevention of fat gain (which, to be fair, is fine if you want to spend the money on it for this purpo$e). It does appear to cause WAT to BAT in a test tube or mice See:

And if you *really* like to read: (covers the FHS or you can find that actual study too)

Going vague here, but a lot of the supplements in fat burners in general always have data on mice/rats preventing fat gain, but never actual fat loss. Makes me wonder sometimes...

I agree, and lets get real - just eat at maintenance or slightly above - it's cheaper :D I mean, *if it even works that way in lean humans*, maybe, just maybe it would allow you to go a little more nuts in a bulk without adding the usual fat... but that's a big, expensive "maybe".
