MGF/IGF interaction and how to take advantage

I realize there are lots of igf/mgf posts. If this one seems too redundant tell me.

What I'd really like to do here is condense all the biochemical processes of mgf and igf and their interaction and from there come up with a protocol
for MGF and MGF+IGF.

There are conflicting points of view, broscience and speculation all over the place... but barely anyone seems to have tried to look at these two in particular without adding aas, gh etc into the mix. i get why cycles typically look very different from simply mgf/igf or just mgf but Im going to experiment with mgf and then maybe both igf and mgf so I've been doing ****loads of reading but still thought it best to check what you guys have to say.

I realize getting it all together might be a challenge since mgf is anecdotally and through studies shown to have a wide array of potential benefits.
(direct effects on hypertrophy, improved recovery, satellite cell proliferation, satellite cell determination (?to some extent)... ...)
 
I'd really appreciate anything you guys have to share. I'm new on here but I'm gonna be hangin around cause I've seen a lot of interesting stuff in threads here. (I've been reading for quite a while but didn't join until now)
 
Recently tried(still have some) IGF-1 DES, IM for muscle growth, 10min before intense training of the given muscle, for 25-30min and with intra carbs and peptopro. I have notice extra ordinary pumps and some leaning in the specific areas. Would love to do in my AB area but kind afraid of gut growth.

Not much help I guess, Im new to peptides

Thank you man, I meant intra workout but didnt explain it properly.

Eg. At start, I do heavy triples squat, then I pin, I rest for about 5min and then I start high rep range superseted with leg extentions for about 20mins. How that sounds?

Whats your thought on pinning in the AB?
 
mh... thanks for respondind, greek. i've read about des and i'm not really interested. i'm really interested in this (peg)mgf though. i guess i'm mostly interested in igf in the sense that you have to know your bodies natural igf responses to training to know how and when to use mgf effectively. and if i end up hearing some compelling reason for throwing in some igf i'd consider. but mainly... mainly i really just wanna hear from people who have some direct mgf experience and know a bit more than just the anecdotal stuff that is all over the web.
