FireTitans BPS Androcrine ride

Yeah i have shoulder pain off and on. I try to stick to DB work but when I go to BB, I use the smith machine and shoulder pain gone. Rarely occurs anymore now.

I wish we had smith machines. The only way ai can do a lot of my heavier barbell work is because my Captain will hand me the weight. I can push it, but I cant seem to make the rotation to the "starting point" . Id fail if he wasnt there to push me. I can honestly say though, since starting the Androcrine directly on my shoulders, It has helped

Today was fairly productive. Went in with trying to see what I had. It didnt go as well as planned, but I was fairly satisfied. So let me clarify a couple of things. Please remember that I am milking a shoulder injury, and I have been limited on some exercises. Second, both my Captains son as well as mine were with us, so we had to take some time to train them. Now, lifts went as follows.
Dumbbell press
65x15
80x10
100x10(heaviest we have)
100x5

Flat bench(dont laugh, kind of weak due to the shoulder)
135x20
225x10x2
Ran a call and then came back
225x10
315x4, shoulder started hurting

Incline bench
135x20
185x10
205x8
225x5

Decline bench
135x20
225x12
315x5
135x10
And finish with 50 pushups

On another note.. My 15 year old knocked out flat bench..on his 4th set he killed 135x10 with my assistance on the last 2!! Stoked about it

Fuccing beast bro!! What the hell is there to laugh at ? 315x4! That's freaking sweet. The other day I damn near busted a nut after doing it for 5 and my shoulders mostly fine lol great log so far bro!

Alpha1agreda Thanks. I appreciate the boost. I feel like Im getting to that point where Im starting to plateau and i dont want that. So Sunday Im going to start changing things up, and cause some confusion. And just so you know, nut busted or not, that 5th rep you did.... Id kill for!!

Just got home from the fire department and have to get some sleep before going into EMS tonight, so Ill try and add this mornings workout a little later. I will say my chest is screaming at me today. We spent a good deal of time on shoulders this morning. Im not a huge fan of this clip, but I Thought Id throw it in there. Granted it was my 4th set and 3rd exercise, so I was already a little worn down. And.. I ended up a bit to close to the rack...obviously. But it was 185, and only the second time Ive done it without the smith machine in years. But you are more than welcome to be brutal. I can handle criticism, either good or bad. How does it look and what do I need to do?Invalid Link Removed

Awesome!

my only critique is just to plant those heels harder. I think that's why your lift off is wobbly.

Pretty much all serious lifts you should think of your feet as your anchors that lock and stabilize your body.

I do, Not sure why I was doing what I was doing. Maybe Getting used to not being on the Smith machine, or just fatigue, who knows. But now that you pointed it out, I can see just how sloppy it was.

Naw your good dude. I only say it as a friend, don't want to see my hommie get injured.

Hack squats weren't bad a 90# but 125 was pushing it so I ended up doing most of my workout on leg extensions.

Im sure that was depressing. I know a guy with a shoulder injury that prevents him from lifting certain things like a real man, hes such a little pus..... Oh wait, thats me
Just take care of it, and get it back to working order!!

That's because dogs rock! I met a lady last summer with a german shepherd, lost both legs. He had a little "chariot" that his back hips could cradle in. Still playin. Watched him growl at another dog and take off after him. He was bad ass! Hope your pup gets better Alpha1agreda

I understand that. I have a 90lb boxer/dalmation mix that is a MONSTER. The neighbor is a crazy cat lady, and I swear its their little cat gang initiation " ok cat, if you can jump the fence, get to the other side and back, we'll let you in" . She just waits on them. They never make it. This picture shes on a chain, which I hate, but I have to when I mow, she will literally eat the mower if I dont. Shes wide and solid as a damn rock Invalid Link Removed

Damn haha she looks like a beast , gotta let these cats know not to go in the wrong yard lmao

How's the strength coming along? Strength vs body comp, what do you think (so far) this product is better suited for?

The strength has went up without a doubt. Either that or the placebo effect is better than anything I've ever heard of. As Ive said several times before, I have a shoulder injury, one that technically needs a surgery, but Im hard headed and just wont be out of work that long. With that being said, I have noticed much less pain in it, and ever other joint, which has allowed me to push a bit harder. Im starting to see lifts I haven't seen since coming home from Iraq in 2010. 2 months ago, I made a poor attempt at a 405 deadlift and it there was no moving it, and I didnt make the attempt again until a week ago, with the Androcrine. Not only did I get it, but my workout partner said it was very evident that I could have done another 20-25lbs. Im getting more confident about my lifting abilities as well which is allowing me to do more. I did the 185 shoulder press this morning, which I wasnt sure about, but got 6 total. Unfortunately I hit the rack and it messed my momentum up. But I figure if I did that, I can probably do 200. Ive never done a recomp before, so Im learning as I go. But Went from 38 pants to 36 on my own, and have since went to a 34 since starting this. I still have some fat to lose, but I really think this is helping. Its nice to see my shirts getting snug at my chest and shoulders, and my sleeves filling out, all while staying loose around my stomach. I hope this answers you question.

Ok guys, no lie. Did 6 sets of leg press today, stopping at only 675lbs, some light hack squats and split stance deadlifts. Just wasnt feeling it AT ALL today. Neither was the Captain. So we cut it short and played 40 minutes of racquetball. And now, just a quick snap of supper. Heart healthy pancakes with peanut butter and cary sugar free syrup. Devine. Let the judgement begin!!Invalid Link Removed

Do you see anything negative about the product?

Honestly, I cant think of anything. The only issue Ive had at all is in the last 3 days or so. Ive noticed that that extra energy that Ive had has diminished, but that could easily be attributed to the work schedule Ive been doing the past week. My joints are still not sore, and my previously injured shoulder seems to be improved by a significant amount in terms of overall pain. No issues with application site, and I actually look forward to applying it simply for the cooling effect it creates. Ive enjoyed my run, and may very well buy another bottle of it out of my own pocket. I should have about a week left.

Try and keep me up to date on that! Im going to see how it does. Ive loved my Androcrine from day 1, have high hopes for the Dermacrine, so i would say 3 for 3 would be outstanding!! Keep me in the loop!

Ill holler at you some tomorrow brother, I gotta get some sleep so Incan get my cardio in at 0400! On the ambulance tomorrow. But you have my interest peaked. I swear, between you and lifted67, I may just end up a BPS only kinda guy!
