Final Rules:

10 set: Floor DB extensions
-TUT 0:1:0 (quick, no holding for energy)
- 2x10lbs (2x5kg in countries with weights in KG = 2x11lbs)
- pause 10 sec between sets
- DB's must touch floor
- count total numbers of reps
- report results in this threat
- multiple approaches possible


*Rules got tweaked a bit in the past: The rule change came after one member did not to failure due to wrist problems. The "use as finisher rule" is void, because everyone uses triceps in his previous workouts more- or less.
"not to failure necessary" -gives us now more freedom how to do them, with- or without strength savings in the first sets.
Hopefully, you all agree on this. No ill intentions here.

14 7 reps only have 20lbs 40lbs and 50lbs at my house . I used 20s .
hairygrandpa felt like my tricepts were gonna burst lol

I'm just getting back to the gym after a month off, but I might give this a shot
 
hairygrandpa are u sure i should use 10s? I usually do 35s or 45s

Me too, but we are heavyweight class and it's a challenge for all. And if you really do 200+ reps with 35's you either inject bull semen directly into your forehead, or you use fake weights, like Rich Banana.
If you all do more reps than me, I blame it on the fact that I used 11lbs DB's (5kg) instead of the 10's.LOL

What's required for "after chest day"? I'm going to take some time off from BB pressing and whatever machine irritates my left shoulder. However, I can do however many sets of non-irritating things prior to this.

I hit 99 yesterday, after chest day. And I guess I will sound like a whiny b**ch because my shoulder (post- rotator cuff surgery) gave out before my triceps, although to be honest, the tris were not far behind. Even without the shoulder issues I had little gas left in my tricep "tanks". I feel could have broken 100, but not by much.
 
Whenever I try to mention someone, I have to type it 4 times because I always screw up the name somehow or it autocorrect or something. That is the longest call out list I've seen. Must have spent hours getting it right. Haha.

I did weighted dips, chest press machine and DB press that day, prior to the challenge. Anything touching triceps beforehand would be good.

Im used to 10x10 ...My training style was strength.. German volume training. Except i did 10x10 in all my sets... Lets see how much i can pull out of these fat arms now hehehehe... We go south when we land in Newyork...No one is safe

You could do it after arm-day as a finisher. Point is, don't do it fresh, because for at least 2 days -and immediately afterwards, arms are toast for chest-day.

Gahhhh!!!! Pain!

I lost count of sets so I ended up doing 12. I have video, so you can still see how many I did in 10. Every break a number pops up on the screen and at the end you see the disgust on my face. lol

Uploading video now. I'll share that and my number in PM to HG. I sped up (2:14:00 from 7+) the video to save time but you can see my break timer in the background. If numbers are questioned I'll upload the full 7 minute + video.
