Thought I'd log my first mild cutting cycle.

43yo - 92kg approx 20% bf - 193cm - will post before and after pics.

6 weeks of OL Sup3r-1 & Sup3r-epi.

Super 1 220/220/220/220/220/220 - Breakfast and mid afternoon

Sup3r epi 500/500/500/500/500/500 - Breakfast and mid afternoon

Arm1care Pro as per the bottle *I'm taking this for the health benefits, please say if it's overkill for this cycle?

Day 6. 3 DC style workouts this week (4 including Sunday) which have been good. Not sure if it's placebo but I'm feeling strong and I'm hitting the same weights as when I was on above maintenance and with a natty test booster run.

I'm looking forward to progressing whilst on a calories deficit. Nice!

Only sides so far are feeling warmer, mild sweat more than normal early evening whilst traveling home from work, although it is humid at the moment.

Blood pressure is good.

I've switched to IF 16/8 to help with eating.
 
Starting to feel really good, calm, confident and strong. Warmer feeling has gone.

I did legs today and 20 mins liss, weights progressing still.

I'm liking this so far.

BP is good still.
 
Sup3r 1 & Sup3r epi first cycle!

Did upper this morning fasted. Great workout increased the weight from when I last did this workout two weeks ago

I'm weak I know but hey I'm trying

Bench 75kg up 5kg
OHP 42.5kg up 2.5kg
Deadlift 100kg up 10kg

I'm performing DC rest pause so pyramid up to that weight and usually 6-8 reps then rest pause upto 16 in total.

My mood is amazing on this cycle, I cant believe how good I feel. I don't want this cycle to end (on day 9) I may look to extend to 8 weeks at this rate.
 
Legs today, squat worked up to 80kg for 5. Up from 70kg two weeks ago.

I felt tired today but really surprised myself going to 80kg then 40kg X 17

Feeling great still, I'm loving this so far and it's still early days.

Diet has been good hitting my cals but still need to get more protein.

10kg Squat increase in two weeks! That's great progress! Good to hear your cycle is going well.
Any noticable side effects?

None so far, only positive stuff. Muscles feel hard and pumped all the time.

I'd love to feel like this all the time!

Actually maybe slightly warmer but not uncomfortable.
 
I'm almost run 6 weeks at 220 and 500. My strength has shot up and I've certainly recomped rather than cut. My diet has not been on point due to a number of reasons but not really bad. I'm pumped all the time and I'm loving the look and the on feeling. I do feel I'm holding onto some water, be interesting to see if that drops after the cycle.

I go on vacation in 3 weeks for 1 week, I'm not sure if to go to eight weeks and start pct a week before the vacation or start pct now 3 weeks before.

I've even thought about upping the 1 andro to 330 for last 2 weeks if doing 8 weeks.

I take it 10 weeks is not a good idea? It would be easier taking the small doses on holiday instead of the 10 sup3r pct a day and Clomid.

How are your joints feeling this far in?
You could increase the Sup3r-1 to 330 if you have the supplies for it, seems to be the sweet spot for most. I wouldn't advise going up to week 10, I rekon that'd be pushing the luck a little and you could tempt a worse crash post cycle. Travelling with Clomid could be a little risky too? but that depends where you're going and how you'd be travelling.


What AI do you have?
 
Joints are feeling fine, I've not noticed anything.

I have had mild back pumps which taurine and vit c has cleared.

I'm driving to another country so I can stash the Clomid in a vitamin container.

AI I have is Anastrozole which I'm hoping I won't need to use...
 
If you're safe and comfortable to go the full 8 weeks I'd do the full 8 weeks, this is where the gains should really lock in now.
Exemestane would have been a better PCT AI to use after an Epi-Andro based cycle, but it's still good that you have an AI on hand...Although if you can get Exemestane I'd seriously suggest you get some. Rebound gyno is very possible after such a dry/Anti Estrogen cycle.

25mg ED Clomid and Sup3r PCT

25mg ED Clomid, 6.25mg ED Exemestane and Sup3r PCT

12.5mg ED Clomid, 6.25mg ED Exemestane and Sup3r PCT

6.25mg ED Exemestane, Sup3r PCT and AlphaMax XT

Week 7
6.25 EOD Exemestane, Sup3r PCT and AlphaMax XT

Week 8
6.25 EOD Exemestane, Sup3r PCT and AlphaMax XT

Week 9
AlphaMax XT

Sounds slightly overkill but it'll help lock in your gains, reduce the chance of Post Cycle Estrogen Rebound and give you the best chance at a full and healthy recovery.

I thought estrogen rebound was unlikely but I guess your pct layout is a good just in case plan.

I can get some exemestane so will look into that.

I'd need more sup3r pct though.
 
Estrogen Rebound is more likely after a DHT based cycle. The rebound is a consequence of the estrogen being suppressed for so long. As soon as the DHT disconnects from the aromatase enzymes, (once you stop taking it), it all reactivates and then *BANG* 8 weeks worth of active estrogen floods your body. Exemestane is a suicidal AI, which means it fully kills estrogen. Taking the exemestane as I outlined above will permenantly kill off and remove the extra and unneccessary estrogen and therefore prevent rebound.

Smashing PR's almost every session. Today I did legs and hit 200kg for 16 on the hack squat then 85kg for 12 on squats.

I've normally done those exercises on different days and this was midday with no food as I'm following IF.

Only other sup is Vital1ty which pumps me up awesomely.

Feeling good overall, although the last few days I'm feeling lethargic, not sure if I'm fighting off a cold or something .

Otherwise the feeling has been fantastic, it's felt like it has filled a gap which has made me feel more confident etc and given me huge strength gains, which is fantastic - don't won't to lose that.

I'll take measurements to compare but visually I can see a difference and my clothes are tighter with less body fat all round.
