Need to drop BF

Hey Everybody,

I'm 20 years old 5'9 and currently at around 10% BF.
Mainly around my low midsection

I'm in a coaching program called
Working Against Gravity. It's macro counting and diet advice. Very cool.
However, I'm wondering if there is any other advice on how to lose a bit.
I'm on AAS and will up my cardio if need be. I currently jog and do calisthenics. I mainly want to focus on nutrition though.

Thanks guys

I'm also working with WAG. Just trust them and the process. When you start asking around everywhere you're going to get a bunch of different advice. You're paying for a service - might as well utilize it and not continue shopping around.

If you're 10% BF I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how or why you're trying to lose additional weight. What do you weigh currently? Do you lift at all? Does your WAG coach know you're on gear?

I def could have not exaggerated so much.
I don't necessarily need to drop fat. It's more of a slight midsection bloat that brings out a mental battle of being "fat"
I literally just received my nutrition plan from WAG. I'm all in with them now.
I plan on telling my coach about the gear or trying to resubmit my questionaire

I got to stage weight eating around 1775 calories a day low carb with protein anywhere from 225-240/day.
Cardio 3 days a week for 30 minutes.
I was 150 and 5% bf. If you're just trying to get summer ripped I wouldn't let your weight dip below 165.

What AAS are you on? If Winnie you should definitely be diced at 165. Wish I would have had some for my comp.

I'm on Tren A and Test Prop.
Low carb isn't necessarily hard for me. It's more of a confusion thing
If I knew where Winny was I'd be using it haha

You should be on your way then, just keep gradually decreasing calories.

Why would you even think of cutting at 10 % if you are in fact 10 % ?

If you're bloated, try a diuretic. Also - monitor sodium intake and water intake. Track your diet and find out what bloats you.

Stomach vacuums may help too
