Kenny Powers Gets Back into Baseball with LGD

Day 10 LGD
10mg in AM 1 cap and .5ml
Beginning to think the liquid is bunk. Going to use the caps, just gonna have to get another bottle. They're a little more expensive, but it's worth it.

Only a couple noticeable sides thus far. I've been sweating in my sleep way more than usual. I woke up this morning in a pool of my own sweat. It could just be that the temp is in the upper 90s and humidity is ridiculous, but I keep the a/c running all night. The other minor side is that I'm giving less ****s than usual. Not really negative side effects, but worth mentioning. Could be placebo, but I really have been trying to give a **** with no luck thus far.

Sleep has been good, appetite is slowly increasing. Starting to feel kinda pumped all day. Confidence is high. Looking full all day feels good. Starting to feel 'on' I guess. Would like to find more capped LGD or some legit liquid. We'll see.

W5D3 conventional deads

SLDLs with bar to stretch hamstrings
Plate quarter plate 5s, doubles, and singles until:
365x1 hips weren't coming down right..
405x1 added chitty belt and chalk after this one

Still felt like my hips were coming up just a hair out of the hole. Prescribed rep range for this day was 440x1-4 so I'm glad I got the 4 reps. Felt good today. Was supposed to pull yesterday, but I needed an extra day to carb up and get some good sleep.

That's it for now. I'm still weak and fat, but better than I was yesterday, and I'll be better tomorrow than I was today.

I feel good, but not sure if I feel good enough to skip deload. Thoughts?
 
Alright gentlemen, today marks day 16 of 10mg LGD. Taking omega 3,6, and 9, garlic extract, and niacin as cheap cycle support. Thanks again Toren. Right nip has been sensitive so I added exem @ 12.5 ed until it feels a little better.

Hitting a week of deload/light weight accessory and supplementary movements so I can hit it hard for more Candito. I'll post yesterday's workout below.

Seated calf raises 3x12
Flat db bench 15,12,12,10
Standing cable face pulls 4x15
Cable pushdowns w/rope 4x15
Cable hammer curls w/rope 3x15

Didn't really keep track of the weight for these movements. I probably should, but probably never will. I just felt it out trying to hit lagging body parts and getting some blood moving. Not gonna lie, it felt pretty good to get a nice little pump Haha.

Anyone have experience with Candito's advanced bench program? I'm looking to try something new here in the next few months and I would appreciate some advice/criticism for something new. I liked Brandon Lilly's Cube method but I don't know if I'm completely sold on the accessory work.

Thoughts?

Ive done JC's intmdt program, which judging by that week 6 deadlift test is what you're currently on. Never done the advanced bench though. After that i went to RTS and have been doing that for about 8 months - which i loved, but its easy to get burnt out on it. The cube method is alright, people seem to have good results with it. I have heard good stuff about Swede's 5th set program, i think you have to buy the book to get your hands on it though.

I have tried the cube method, read the ebook and everything, but I didn't give it any time because I just couldn't get into it.

You have to do a lot of learning on your own, but all the stuff you need is out there for free. "Powerliftingtowin.com" has 2 articles on it. Thats what i started off with knowledge wise. You can check out the rts website as well, they have a free forum where you can find some good info.

I started with the generalized intermediate program - with some custom accessory exercises. That whole program can be found on powerliftingtowin.

About 13-14 months out of the last year and a half. Have never gained strength that fast. Be ready for the frequency though, the first few weeks are rough. Take care of any nagging injuries you have during your deload.

I'm gonna deload this week and hopefully jump in to RTS next Monday. It'll be fun to see if LGD starts to shine. I have also decided to finally sack up and purchase a nice belt. Ideas?

I like my lever belt personally. Got it from strengthshopusa i thinm

Well at least I know the exemestane is legit. LGD seems legit as well. Even if the torem is severely underdosed I'll be happy.

Any specific areas that bug you? I do a lot of Kelly Starett's and Super D's (Donnie Thompson) stuff. Those two are my go to.

And the lever, i personally say it is worth the extra money. Sometimes the prong belts are a huge pain in the ass and its really, really convenient to just lever the belt over and be set and ready to roll.

My knee gets aggravated, I guess from tightness in my hips and hamstrings. My hips are an area I would like to increase flexibility which would probably help my numbers.

I'm gonna have to sack up the money at some point to get a good belt. Thanks man.

A little bit of bloat? How much sodium are you ingesting per day and have you increased it a bunch with your increased appetite? Even if your overall sodium intake is moderate, you can still see issues with bloat if you have distinct fluctuations in your levels.

I very quickly saw a noticeable libido decrease on my first ever Ostarine/Formestane run. It improved slightly when I added in 11-KT a week later and then a bit more when I lowered my dose of Formestane. It was the first time I ever experienced a lowered libido in my entire life and it was not a nice new experience. (**Dermacrine** *hint* *hint*)

Honestly, if you think low estrogen is an issue and you're not gyno-prone and having issues as such, you're right to dial back the Exemestane or even drop it altogether. If you feel the need to keep it in there at a low dose, I'd suggest 6.25mg Mon/Wed/Sat. This regimen works well for me and is more than enough to have an effect. One thing you don't want to get into the habit of doing is unnecessarily supressing the aromatase enzyme for extended periods of time. The body always has mechanisms to correct what it feels is out of balance. In this case, it may not only upregulate the aromatase enzyme but it might also increase the amount of estrogen receptors in specific bodily tissues. It's one of those roller coasters that some OG's will tell you is not a fun ride. I always try to address bloating with diet, nutrient-timing, and fluids, before anything else.

Formestane or Epiandro? What are you hoping to see by adding in one of these compounds? If you're looking for aggression and strength, definitely go for the Epiandro. The increased androgenicity will aid you in both regards, as well as helping to lean you out a bit. If you're going to drop the Exemestane and switch over to Formestane, I'd suggest starting at a low dose of 50mg EOD. It doesn't seem like a lot but it will have an effect. It really shouldn't be needed though, with the use of LGD and/or Epiandro. Based upon my last paragraph, you know how I feel about overly supressing estrogen to lean out. In the long run, it usually doesn't work out as we had planned. Keeping it within a healthy range but on the lower end of your spectrum is not a bad thing for shorter periods of time.

Keep in mind though that LGD, Exemestane, Formestane and Epiandro are all dry compounds and the combination or overuse of all or some of them may present issues that make your cycle less enjoyable. Low libido is one concern but increased joint inflammation and poor cholesterol values may present themselves as well. Estrogen is mostly good unless it wants to cuddle with your titties, and in that case we just need to cawk-block the cuddle, not kill the want-to-be cuddler. :]

NO kill the cuddlers. Just based off my experience I would go with the Epiandro. I definitely saw modest but noticeable increases in libido, strength and energy. Which is not something I noticed any time I have used Formestane.

A moderate dose of both would be a sweet addition to the cycle, in my opinion. You get dryness, aggression and some alpha feelings with DHT, and it will work as a perfect counterbalance to the Dermacrine. With Dermacrine you get a small conversion to E (which is good), mood elevation, the possibility of increased fatloss from the mild thermogenic affect of DHEA, and to a much greater extent with the DHEA metabolite 7-oxo-DHEA. A dose of 500mg of EpiA and 3 pumps of Dermacrine might be just what the doctor ordered.

Fuuurk you're the man. That sounds like an extremely sexual cycle. Will look for deals and update.
 
Stupid deload bull**** yesterday. I ran out of time before work but needed to clear my head. Did some SLDLs, db lat raises, and seated hamstring curls. Sets of 12-15 using lighter weight. Trying to stay stretched out before jumping in on Monday. Hamstrings are tight and my shoulder is bothering me some, but it'll clear up after some prehab.

Did you start the RTS with a specific template, use his "basic avatar template" from the forum, or make it up as you go?

It seems like the couple things I've read on PLTW and his article forum are saying it's all lifter dependant. Maybe I got the wrong impression or missed something.
 
Now that things are starting to kick in I'm going to add 10mg M1T and 50mg oral Trest PWO as a half time show for the last 4 weeks. Not srs. But does M1T really make you feel that ****ty without test?
