OL Mass GH, Cardarine & dermacrine

Yo guys, I'm relatively new here (first post)

Bit about myself: I've been powerlifting for about 2 years and making the transition to bodybuilding. My dad was a body builder and so is my brother, sick of my brother looking better than me, so thought it was time I followed suit!

I currently weigh about 200lb and around ~18% BF. Looking for a recomp not so much cutt.

I'll be running
OL Mass GH - 2caps ED (LGD 8mg/ MK 20mg)
Cardarine - 10mg
Dermacrine - 3 pumps

I asked my bro for some advice on a recomp and just got "test 250 & Tren" but roidZ aren't an option at the minute. I've done a load of research for weeks and thought this might be a good stack to start. I've been fully natty up to this point. Just wanted to know if anyone thought there was anything I should change/rethink? And advice is welcome thanks :)

Oh and my PCT will be:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
OL Super PCT
OL Ep1c Unleashed

Kill it man, show your borther up! Only thing I would change is up your Dermacrine to 4 or 5 pumps becuase of your weight. Then for your pct use Clomid at 50/50/25/25..
 
First welcome to AM bro ! Definitely people here that could help out, looks good to me if you're logging it here I'll follow for sure! My only suggestion (and I could be wrong) is the cardarine when I ran it it was between 25-30 mgs
 
Haha thanks he's got a good 3 years on me but he's tall and lean, whereas I'm shorter and much broader.
I've got the dermacrine as a test base to help with any possible lethargy & lebido ect. I will up the dose if necessary :)
 
Yeah I was thinking about logging if people were interested! I will be running mid July as have a busy few weeks and want to be on point for I start!
As for the cardarine, only using it for the endurance boost and any BP issues, I could up the dose if it doesn't quite kick in like I want it too, as its my first ever run, didn't want to over do it

Hell yeah bro log it if you log it on a different thread tag me in it for sure, and got it , throw up some info about you thou to see if we can get some opinions on here , age, experience, current supps all the basic stuff and you'll get some more comments on the cycle

Ok so I'm 23, been lifting since I was 16 just for fitness, took a year out when I was 19 and started back with powerlifting from 20 up until recently!

Nothing to special in sups: BCAA, Glutamine, ZMA, Creatine. All the usual stuff but I know my PEDs pretty well thanks to my brother and research, I've always been interested but never taken part. But I want to lean up now, the calorie intake and minimal, strength style work outs don't go to well as far as BF levels haha I wanna get big and lean now, I got an injury in my chest trying to bench 150kg, the recovery was a bitch and has put me off constant strength to be honest
 
You could start the cardarine at 10mgs for 2 weeks, then up to 15 or 20. 20mg is the sweet spot for all of its benefits. I am also currently running dermacrine and at 3 pumps at your weight I feel like youll kind of waste it. 5 should be killer for you and it will still last 4 weeks.

Yeah that's what I read 20mg is the sweet spot, I probably will bump it up after a couple of weeks to be fair.

Yeah I'll take that into account then man, i just didn't want to over do it
