Nice! Sometimes all it takes is some time off to set us back on track.
Unfortunately, time off is the hardest part about lifting for me![]()
Hit the Gym again yesterday. Bench and Accessories. Again a subpar day.White Flood does alright so far, but nothing to crazy. I don't get a crazy kick of Stims nor any Beta Alanine tingles from it.
My tingles are only mild on it but we've had several new users say theirs are wild. It is a very individual response and really has zero impact on ergogenic effect.
Ya I know you can't base anything off the Tingles. Just had a rough week and I don't think anything would have pulled me through.
Getting ready now to go in and it Back and focus on Deadlift Accessories.

Thanks, I only try and wrap on my top set. My % for the program are based off my 520 wrapped PR squat. I go beltless and just knee sleeves as much as I can. Last round I did with this program. My squat jumped 40lbs by week 8.
