After a disappointing finish at my show 2 weeks ago, it's back on the grind. Here's the plan

Training is 4-5 days a week now

Carbs are slowly coming back in. I'm bumping carbs to 300 this up coming week. Then 350, then 400 etc. Carbs are in meal 2-7 (7 meals a day)

Protein will remain around the 400+ mark with fats around 50-60gr

I'm currently on TRT of 300mg/week but will be coming off completely after this rebound phase is up (another 2-4 weeks)

Training with a lot of volume at this point and still doing cardio 6 days a week, either fasted or post workout.

Supplements
1 cap SNS glycophase before meal 2 &4

Before cardio
1 cap SNS Garcina Cambogia
1 cap SNS RK500
3 caps SNS yohimbine
1 cap SNS caffiene

Post workout
5gr SNS leucine in my shake

Intraoworkout has no carbs right now only 40gr EAA/BCAA mix and 10gr glutamine
 
22 sets for chest and 15 sets for shoulders. No pressing movements for shoulders.

Legs are ROASTED!!!

Weights down slightly and carbs were increased to 300 this week :think test was cut slightly, was using 50mg prop EOD until eth kicked in so possible weight drop from TRT dose. Either way, still super tight.
 
Donut pumps are the most anabolic.

Sprinkles = insta-gains.

Sorry guys, busy at work but I'm going no where. Started MK-677 this week at 10mg before bed. Noticing deeper sleep immediately. Hunger is always crazy so not much change. Diets been a little off. More of a iifym yesterday and breakfast was messed up today so more watery than usual. This is expected when subbing bagels for rice and sweet potatoes. Carbs are still high this week before dropping them next week and going into PCT. I'll list diet changes and new added sups.
 
Training is going to back down to 4 days a week with heavy, complex movements to begin workouts with more volume on the back end. Setting my self up for a good off season run with DC training once I get back on. I'll be eating right around maintaince with LISS in the mornings. Maybe a HIIT session on off days.
