I received a sample pack with Mega Lax and I just had to try it!
I was instantly lured in with the awesome label design.
The packet said explicitly to start with 1 cap and I reluctantly followed. Fortunately I did as one cap of this stuff is STRONG!!
I was amped up all morning at work while running the 1 cap and knew I wanted more!!

Stats
I am starting this product at 163lbs and 13% BF
I will be glad to see sub 10% BF at the end of the cut!

Since I am already logging my workouts in my other log. I will keep this one more focused on the effects of burn extreme!

First Impression

Strong strong strong! I consider my tolerance already high as I usually see around 600-750mg of caffeine a day.
However I was humbled by BX. Again I felt the effects around 25 mins after taking the cap, and the energy lasted for a good 6 hours!!
No crash to speak of! I did notice I needed to visit the bathroom 1 more time than usual, but more to that later.
Hunger suppression is great! I didn't feel the need to eat at all!

Today marks the third day of BX taken in the morning. All is well, I can tell the effects are getting smoother!

Yeah, nutra has been more than generous with their logging opportunities!

I can tell you so far that this stuff still kicks my ass.

I do get some weird feelings if I am not moving around and just chilling.
This stuff also seems to stimulate the digestive tract if you know what I mean.

Dose 1 taken at 7am and first meal at 7:30am.

Now I am at work until 4:30pm.

The energy is a bit more clean than before. At first I was a little jittery with the doses but now its smoothed out for sure!

Its smoothed out alot for me but still provides amazing energy. Im loving it and im leaning out very quick.

oh boyy.. You guys are crazy!

So feeling pretty damn good in the mornings! Energy comes in like a hurricane but is smoother than before!
I do not feel the need to eat an entire breakfast buffet all morning which is a huge plus!

Some early change in BF% already!!

Last week @ 162.4lbs

Today @ 163.6lbs!

Soooo.. Up a little bit of weight but down in BF%?? Hmmmm.. Interesting!

If you consistently use the same one you can see the progress but I used one that had me at 30% when I knew I was 15%...

So BX is certainly keeping me more regular! It seems to kick in about 20 minutes after swallowing at 7am, and then I need to hit the bathroom at 8:20 or so.

You say it like it's a bad thing, but that's pretty cool! I always try to go before I skip the crib. I hate poopin' in public facilities. lol

hahaha, I had that fear for a while, but now that I am 32 yrs old almost, I don't give a crap! gotta go you gotta go! Work bathrooms arent too bad anyway! plus, get 10 minute break hahaha

Updates;

Still running 1 cap at 7am. Taking them within 4 hours of workout is still pretty rough. I think It again is related to being slightly dehydrated. I am now making it a point to drink more water than ever. Which of course has me going to the bathroom like a woman.
Starting to certainly see a reduction in visible fat! Got rib muscles coming through!!

Well the weekend was a test! Alcohol and bad foods!

I stayed pretty strong though!!

Although some one made a Brownie cherry whipped cream dish.. Couldn't say no lol. Hopefully running murph helped stave off the unwanted fat.

How was your time? I thought about doing murph this year but since starting this new job i decided it wouldnt be a good idea to ruin my only 3 day weekend and start the week off super sore. So i didnt lol

Smart from that perspective. Hurting like a bitch today.. Mostly in the pecs from all the damn pushups. Official time is 47:50. Pretty damn happy with that!!

no vest this year... Next year no choice!! One excuse is that they were all soaked in sweat and stinky lol.. Need to get one for myself.. Might be a good excuse to get a BP Vest.,.

So we had a small hitch this weekend, but we are back to it!! I got the Xebex rower at home now and have been using it on days I can't make it to crossfit. I rowed a little over 4k last night.. I have a small problem that I hope isnt too concerning. I have noticed a change in urination while running BX. Seems like I go more often and flow is a little slower.. Not sure if its due to the small amount of liquid when I go or what.. Again I am drinking more water so this could be the simplest explanation..

I noticed that as well . For me pomegranate juice made a hell of a difference.

Pom juice is usually a smart addition no matter what, so good advise right there hulk!

But BX contains a good dose of caff, which is a moderately strong diuretic. I think that could explain most of the water turn-over. You start feeling dehydrated from increased perspiration and triglyceride mobilization (heat and fat burning), so you drink more water to balance your new metabolism. But water itself is a diuretic, so the more you drink, the more you have to eliminate. The BX starts the ball rolling, and the continued caffeine ingestion combined with the increased water intake keeps the water moving more frequently (but lower volume per bathroom trip.) It can be a pain in the butt to deal with when it's really dramatic, especially in the summer for me, but the body eventually adjusts to it.

If you have a coffee habit, you know what I'm talking about because coffee supplies the caffeine and the additional water, lol. Every 30min headed for the bathroom! :banghead:

Definitely! Bx is great id live off it if possible.

haha ok. Yeah after peeing It feels like I still need to pee more lol. I will increase water. I went to speedway for lunch and they don't have POM there!! BOO!
I will look for POM elsewhere. I never drank pom so I hope its not disgusting. I have added super greens to my diet also recently. Its Greens Freak

Sounds like a plan!

Workouts have been pretty good lately.

The effects of BX are now very smooth! I may even be ready for 2x a day!

Scale is still reading 162.4lbs and 11.2% BF. Hopefully I will get into the 10's soon!

Today is a big day!! We are testing 1 rep maxes in Snatch and clean and jerks!!
This only happens maybe 3 times a year! So fingers crossed!

I have been floating around my caloric maintenance closer than in the past. I am usually only 200-300 calories under maintenance. Also I have made sure to take in enough protein from decent sources.

As far as crossfit motions I would assume that I am starting to understand the form better and getting more efficient.

I have also only recently started partaking in barbell class 2x a week. The programming is done by the gym owner who is a USA lifting certified coach, and he competes in lifting. So I like to think he know his sh**.

I am also motivated to compete in local crossfit competitions so I am pushing hard.

Oh and SLEEP!! I used to stay up late every night. Now I am getting older and seen the improvements in life from 8+ hours. I usually am sleeping by 10. up at 6:45

The more I think about it, Also I have started stretching more. Paying closer attention to shoulder and knee health.

Yeah, the whole concept of Crossfit actually reminds me a lot of an old program called Periodization. It was designed specifically to avoid plateaus and force adaptive gain.

As far as sleep, you're absolutely right! It's the thing I've never been able to get right, lol, and for sure my weakest link in making progress. In fact, I didn't even get any last night so forgive me in advance if i become incoherent before the day is over, lol! :tongue2:

But if you can get 8hrs of sleep, manage the fam, get to work and still keep the gains going it's working for you - whatever you're doing!

So I know this will sound repetitive but another PR!!

We had an open gym session and I partnered with someone who is a little ahead of me. He pushed me hard and it paid off!!

We did front squats. Something I am a little weak in. I can back squat 300lbs for 1 but my front was only 225lbs max for 1. We loaded up 155lbs and I managed 2 reps!! Went for 170lbsx1 and had to drop it.. Little upset but ultimately happy!

Mr. PR here! LOL

Today Marks the full month of logging BX!

I have some good news to report!

I still have some product left but I will conclude my log here. I will probably run the bottle out and have a final entry at that point. Which may be a while.

Conclusion

This product delivers! With the first dose making you question your life decisions haha all the way to the month mark!
After some tolerance, the effect is nice and smooth!
Energy level is high all morning with no crash. I still can feel the thermo effect after 4 weeks!
I can take 2x a day as long as I get the 2nd dose in before 1pm. Its a little strong at the 5pm crossfit workout, but this was helped by keeping hydrated.
Hunger suppression is ok.
All in all this is without a doubt a solid product and one of my absolute favorites!
