Late to the party but I'm in! Thanks, JDybya and smith_69 for hanging out in here too. I really appreciate how everybody actually follows logs on AM!
 
First Day of Use.... 1.5 Scoops

Beta Alanine seems dosed right. Felt the tingles with in 10min. Which is good. The pre-workout I stopped taking to start this had 4.8g of Beta Alanine in it. The Tingles were not as intense, but very much there.

Energy picked up about 15-20min later.

Today was a bit of a make up day from yesterday. Some light Shoulders, ABs and Mobility work.

Other then feeling the tingles and slight energy boost, not much to report the first day.
 
Oddly enough I haven't gotten the tingles in a couple of years. Don't need them one way or the other, but you mentioning them made me think....

Odd, I've taken up to 5-6g daily for stretches and always get the tingles. Some days more then others. Depends on how it absorbs and what you have in your stomach already.
 
2nd Day of use...

This is the Start of my 5th Week of a 12 week program

Starting the week off with Deadlifts. Last week went very well on Deads. Everything was just easy. This Week was one of those Days where you have to work for it. But I was able to power through it.

Good stuff man, I'm trying to get my DL up from the low 400's. I've pulled 455 once, but never been able to replicate it Sometimes my set up is perfect, and everything moves in sync, other times 405 is a struggle lol.
 
Last night was Heavy Bench Night, Everything felt pretty good. Right Shoulder was acting up, but all in all not bad.

Worked up to a Paused single with 295 then 3x5 @ 265

Dose 4 was just like Dose 1. Felt pretty good, tingles came in fast and stayed steady. Had a pretty good pump and didn't crash at all. I had to make myself leave the gym. Could have kept going.

So far I'm liking it. I really like the fact it does have any extra BS in it and the Flavor is good.
 
Never heard of that program before. Looks interesting. I might have to give it a shot later in the year.

I like it. On a few of those Heavy Singles. I'll try and pull a double or Even triple to set PR's. Then cut way back on the working sets. You can only a couple of times during the program without over doing it. Program got me to a Shaky 315 to an easyT&G 330.. Trying to get back up to 330 paused now.
 
Last night was my Heavy Squat Day. If there is any day to really need that extra boost. It's Heavy Squat Days.

I'm enjoying RAGNOROK Still. It mixes great, Taste Great and so Far effective.

Nailed a Squat PR last night with 430x5. Went pretty smooth. Not a Huge Grinder either. Used the Rogue Mono-lift Attachments. Not sure why I never use them. Felt like it I guess. I was screwing my Footing all night. Kept going to wide. Made my Knees cave in a little. Which I never had that issue. But it would be a weak link to work on.

And no I'm not using 2 different kinds of Knee Wraps. Those are the new Violators from Darksyde Ironwear. Pretty aggressive wrap.

funny that you mention that- the other day doing back, instead of db rows, I was using the barbell in the floor. for some reason I was repositioning my legs, feet etc. normally would just keep going, but my left side was causing the issue. hip was going lower than I wanted, not letting me get the full stretch. could be the ingredients in Rag allowing me to focus more/pay more attn.

Last workout went pretty well. Again wasn't feeling it, but RagNoRok pulled through again.

360 is 75% of my Best Knee Wrapped Squats.. I was able to pull off all 10x3 in just sleeves and No belt.

Just 1 Heaping Scoop is what I have settled on.

Loving the Taste of it. Mixes easy and my buddy who is allergic to Dyes, likes it a lot as well.

That's awesome. Again, the lack of dyes and artificial flavors is something that impressed me the first time I looked into MST.

I've tried 1.5-2 scoops of Rag in the past but couldn't tell enough of a difference to justify continuing it too!

Appreciate your thoughts on the lack of bad workouts. Consistency is really what I feel Rag is about.

And a PR is a PR! Especially on deads. Congrats, bro!

Thanks, Not every Pre-Workout needs to be a Crazy Stim effect and sometimes that's not what you need..

I've got heavy Bench Tomorrow and I'll throw in some Triceps/Bicep work and see what kind of Pump effect I get. Getting my Carbs and Water in now. Should be nice a pre-loaded for a Fantastic Pump. (even for a Powerlifter...lol)

Wasn't feeling it at all last night. Heavy Squat Night... Somehow I managed to pull out a small PR..

2 week ago I squated 430x5 for a PR, Last night 435x5, almost had 6, but it was an off night...

Like I said it was a rough night. If it wasn't for a Good Pre-Workout... I wouldn't have been able to get past the 405 sets.

Well I've got 2 servings left now and Will be finishing it all up this week.

My last 2 workouts were Crap despite using this great Pre-Workout. My body is telling me to deload for a week.

I have to hand it to Millennium to making a great Pre-Workout and one I my Favorites right now,

Thanks guys, Ya the Deload issue was my own fault. I pushed for to many PR's for too many weeks straight. Instead of sticking to my programing as it was laid out. Which screwed me up. I was going to pull 520x2 which would have been a better PR then my 480 rep'ed one. Oh well, Deload and in a couple of weeks. I'll come back and smash it.
