Oddly enough I haven't gotten the tingles in a couple of years. Don't need them one way or the other, but you mentioning them made me think....
Sometimes my set up is perfect, and everything moves in sync, other times 405 is a struggle lol.Never heard of that program before. Looks interesting. I might have to give it a shot later in the year.
Low on Sleep and not feeling, but RagNoRok helped me pus through it today..
Didn't notice any Tingles today, Had some Crazy Back pumps So I shut it down a bit early..

Loving the Taste of it. Mixes easy and my buddy who is allergic to Dyes, likes it a lot as well.
Really liking thus stuff, Not super Crazy Stim results, but solid results. I haven't had a Bad workout yet and that's the key really...

Appreciate your thoughts on the lack of bad workouts. Consistency is really what I feel Rag is about.

Well I've got 2 servings left now and Will be finishing it all up this week.
My last 2 workouts were Crap despite using this great Pre-Workout. My body is telling me to deload for a week.
I have to hand it to Millennium to making a great Pre-Workout and one I my Favorites right now,

One of the hardest things for me to accept is when it's time to deload. Had to do it a couple weeks ago myself. I know it's just smart to do, but I've never been accused of being very smart, ya know?
