First off I want to thank hvactech and NutraChem for the chance to log Nutraceutical Innovations Burn Extreme, 11K test, amd alphadrone. I am still in my cut that I started back in November. When I started I was around 258-260 and as of wendnesday I was down to 229. Ending goal for my cut itself is 205-210. I will still be running my low carb/ cycling diet wise and plan in the gym is changed up just a bit. My main lifts (bench,squat, deadlift, overhead press are set up with 5/3/1.
Day 1: bench/squat, back and shoulder extra work
Day2:
Day 3:upper rep pump work
Day 4:
Day 5: deadlift/overhead press, chest and legs work
Day 6:lower body rep pump work
Day 7:
Will be doing cardio 6 days a weeks and will be mixing it with between liss and hiit work. The rep days will just be a couple exercises for each muscle group with higher reps to just get a good bit of blood flowing to these areas.
So I will starting this log off as soon as I get the goodies in.
