Just did bloods... High Estradiol. Advice?

Just got results back from LabsMd this morning. Was happy with the test number, but was a little surprised by the Estradiol.

Test- 4053 ng/dL

Estradiol- 83 pg/dL

Haven't felt any estro sides, but that's obviously a higher number. Had been taking 7.5mg of exemestane daily for the week leading up. For the first two weeks of the cycle, hadn't been taking any AI at all.

Sorry, forgot the most important info. Basic first cycle. 250mg Test E 2x per week

Is my AI bunk, or would that number likely be higher if it wasn't doing anything at all? Should I be super concerned with a number of 83 there?
 
What was the reference range on the Estradiol test? Was that the ultra sensitive assay or normal

It was the "normal" test- part of the female hormone panel testing. Reference range was listed as <39 pg/dL

Upped it to a full tab (15mg) today. Just wondering now if I should get an estradiol test redone in a week or two to confirm that's going to be enough.

I would run the aromasin eod
