Second day of dropping Epistane back to 30mg, and I honestly think I feel a bit better already. Then again, it could be placebo.

So sorry for not updating. Managed to get in some Deadlifts, even though I'm going through some craziness (literally) at home right now.

I feel like this log has been a disaster compared to my previous logs, and I apologize!

Trying to buy a house and deal with my mother is taking its toll on everything lately. Trying to get back on track.

Life happens, brother. It's completely understandable. I hope things begin to settle down a bit for you, that's a lot of life stress buying a house and managing family-related issues.
 
Things are hopefully getting a little more back on track now.

Thoughts about my cycle so far:

- Shin and upper back/trap pumps seem to be places I feel constantly pumped, to the point of pain at times

- I feel very strong. I haven't hit the gym nearly as much as I would have liked. but can still feel the strength

- Muscle mass seems to be accruing mostly in my shoulder girdle, I look jacked as hell in my shoulders and upper back

- Lethargy is still present to a degree, but has lessened considerably after dropping back down to 30mg of Epistane

- Aggression has been present as well, and I think it would be less if I made it to the gym more often

- Libido is up and down with the Tr3st

- The Dermatrest bottle seemed to not contain 120mL. I've been using an older glass 30mL bottle with a dropper for application because the pump was hard to work with. I'm wondering how much I have actually been dosing of Dermatrest per day if there are less than 120mL in the bottle.

- Bloat is definitely an issue for me, but it is most likely due to slightly higher estrogen and me not tracking sodium or carbs nearly as much as I should be. I've been using some RC Anastrazole, but5 I'm not sure it's completely helping with estro issues. No sensitive nipples, but the Epistane is probably helping with that.

- Weight is around 280 now, but a lot of that is bloat I'm afraid

- I feel pretty good, but have been having trouble sleeping lately. I think this is due to several factors, though, and not the Trest or Epi. I think stress and the return of sleep apnea (which happened prior to this log) have further exacerbated this. Maybe estrogen related as well?
 
Heading into the gym in a bit for some Deads and Bench. Trying to get back to the lifting. I feel like I'm wasting this awesome stuff by not lifting as often as I should! :(
 
Shoulders and pec area is where I have most noticeable fullness on dtrest. Get damn good pumps in arms, lats and legs during a sesh but that seems to dissipate whereas pec/delts endures.

How many ml of dtrest have you been applying per day, and has this been the amount from the start of your run? Im wondering if maybe when you were first using the pump it was dispensing more than intended, especially if you were trying half pumps?

I actually have been emptying it into a small glass bottle and have been using a dropper with measurement lines to try to maintain consistent dosing.

I've been dosing .5 pump (1mL) twice per day since the start.
 
Day 27

Had to go back to see where exactly I am in the 6 week cycle. Today is Day 27, almost a full month.

I need to take some new pics, as I know my traps, delts and arms are bigger. I haven't been hitting my legs nearly hard enough, don't see any real change there :( I have to hit my Quads REALLY hard to notice anything.

I feel mostly good, especially after dropping back to 30mg of Epistane from 40. I have lots of aggression lately, not too bad but enough to bring intensity when I hit the weights.

Not sleeping well lately, I burn up at night. My diet is also not the greatest lately with all of the changes at home.

Trying to get back on track with diet and training for the remainder of the cycle.

I tried a play it by ear type workout just to see where I stand.

I hit some Deadlifts:

135 X 5
185 X 5
225 X 5
275 X 5
315 X 3
365 X 1
405 failed

Tried for an all-time PR of 405, but failed it at the knees :( I tried it three times and just couldn't get it very far past my knees. It broke pretty easily from the floor, though, so that was encouraging.

After that I did a new exercise that Dma378 introduced me to: Muscle snatches and overhead carries. These hit my delts HARD.

I started with just the bar, and still am not 100% about my form. Worked my way up to 75 lbs.and felt good. The overhead carry part is much harder than it seems!!!

Afterwards I hit some curls and pullovers, then some Leg Extensions for some quick pump work. I intend to hit the gym with a vengeance next week.

Yessss!! But the OH Cariies feel awesome right. Something about them just make you feel like a beast carrying a BB around the gym.

Hahaha! Exactly!

These guys were looking at me like I was insane. It's much harder than it looks like and hits your lateral delts deceivingly hard!

I hit some Bench today, just to see what I can do now. I took 2 Epistane and 2 Tr3st PWO, and did the following, including FINALLY hitting 225 for an all-time PR :D

205 X 5
225 X 1 (failed 2nd rep) First set with spotter

Limited time, so I hit a couple of sets of curls and tricep extensions after.

I've been chasing a 225lb Bench for a while, so this felt good. First rep went up easy, but I think all the previous reps may have played into my second rep failure.

High five on the PR, brother! I'm happy for ya! It's a great feeling! I bet if you'd have structured your sets and reps a bit differently and not fatigued yourself leading up you could have done even more, no problem!

I've been chasing that elusive 2 plate Bench for years, LOL. I have long arms, so it seems like I could never hit it. I also used a small mental trick of not actually using two plates, but smaller plates.

I know how you feel, man! Bench has never been my best lift, and with long arms, it's been a struggle. My wingspan is 2.25in over height, which sounds insignificant, but seems to make a difference. Again, congrats buddy. I'm happy for ya, keep up the PRs!

Huge difference. Same boat here. Also why curling weight has never been good for me, I'm all forearm!! Also no good at arm-wrestling LOL

This made me curious so I checked out this measurement. 6'1.5" with a 6'5" wingspan. Forearms are 12" and biceps 18.5". I feel like a freak now Hastur;).
 
Another all time milestone today. 425 Deadlift :D

Previous PR was like 385. Nailed 405 and 425 easy. Tried 445, broke the floor, but didn't try too hard ;).

I can probably get it next week :)

I've been thinking too hard IMO, and that's why I failed before lol.

It felt awesome! It actually surprised me how fast both the 405 and the 425 went up, lol. Didn't expect it at all!

That's how I felt on overhead presses today. It surprised me, because it was well-past my previous PRs. We're both using Trest, I'd say it's a strong possibility this is whats helping us kill it!

Absolutely! Two caps PWO really dials the strength up :)
 
Still pushing through here, just have been really busy lately.

I did some Standing OHP yesterday, ramped up to a triple of 155, failed at 175. Then I did 4 sets of 10 at 95.

Shoulders were super pumped by the end.

Still lethargic, but I am seeing some body comp changes almost daily now despite not working out as much as I would like.
 
How many days do you have left in your cycle?
 
Do you have any nipple-trouble, like painful -or sensitive nipps?

The lethargy you mentioned is odd, on trest one usually feels invincible.

Actually wrapping it up this week. Almost out of Dermatrest, and the Epi is giving me some sides.

Nope, no trouble with the nips but have added in Exemestane EOD lately.

I think the lethargy is related to the Epistane, insomnia and other issues.
 
Sorry for lack of updates, had to head to Emergency room Thursday. I had some severe lethargy, numbness in left arm, chest pressure. Scared me a bit.
