My quote said it was fully covered but then there was a disclaimer saying its all dependent on how I get billed so idk how that makes any sense but I'll definitely look into it. There might be a limit as to how many times I can do it so we'll see if there is then I'll save it for my 2nd cycle which will be the 3 andros more than likely

You can get labs for reasonably cheap here. Roughly 55 bucks. I suggest establishing a baseline before you start dabbling with the hormonals.
 
Commented in another thread but figured more appropriate here.

I start my 6th and final week of epistane tomorrow. What are people's thoughts of bridging into 4 weeks of sup3r-11 then my 4 week pct?

Nothing wrong with that. Were you cutting or bulking? I like to finish out with the stronger compound usually but for a cut this would make good sense. For a bulk I don't think the 11 would add much at the end.

Cutting. Was planning a 12 week cut (or till I'm satisfied). I found maintenance at 3200 calories and did that for 2 weeks, then cut for 2 weeks at 2700 (1lb per week loss). Then started epistane (up 5lbs but noticible fat loss). Figured I'd bridge with sup3r-11 at 2700 for 4 weeks then stay at 2700 during pct
 
I believe when PA introduced 11-oxo he really pushed the effectiveness of the compound as a bridge ...I would assume that 11-kt would be useful too.
 
I'd run 11-kt for 8 weeks minimum personally mrgoomba
 
Trying to get my pct right and find a legit source if clomid for my run. Any good sources I can look into. Thanks
 
Just ordered my second bottle for my 8 week run very excited getting my SERM within the next week (Mexico is a couple of miles from my house haha). Hopefully I can begin in 2 weeks

Convenience and practicality over splitting imo...if you can split am/pm cool, if not then lather up that bod, big boy.

Before workout is good, as is after.

Yeah, I would. I just don't see a point in ever running a hormone for 4 weeks or less, unless it's a harsh kickstart like superdrol or m1t.

Yeah, I said same in the other thread.

Id really try to see out the cut on-cycle, even if it means running the sup3r11 for 6-8wks past the end of the epi. Then, you are bumping up kcals for PCT.
 
I'v put my order in. I'v decided to start sup3r-11 the day I get it (hopefully thursday or Friday) so that way im overlapping that and Epi for about 4 days (epi cycle ends 1 week from today). I will then run sup3r-11 for 6 MAYBE 8 weeks until my cut is complete. I may even cut my cals a bit more and get aggressive for the next 6 weeks.

So when you say kick-start, I am guessing you would run the harsh compound for the first four weeks. Potentially stacked or follow up with a milder compound for another 2 or 4 weeks? Interesting, I have always scaled up with either a stack or single compound for 6 to 8 weeks running a methyl and non-methyl together. What advantage would you get from starting off with the harsh and bridging to a mild?

A kickstart is something you usually do for a cycle of test, or another compound that takes a while to kick in. So, you can still see some results and have some fun while you're waiting for the main component(s) of your cycle to kick in.

MrGoomba's cycle is a little unorthodox, and he is modifying on the fly so to speak. But generally I think you are right, start with the weaker/milder compound first. I mean, this approach mirrors an oft used dosing protocol where you taper a compound up over the course of a cycle.

Another method is as bambam explained, start with the compound that kicks in quickest.

Just depends on what compounds you are wishing to use.
 
Right now im taking strength unleashed transdermal epic unleashed transdermal. Should i stop and run them during my pct or stack them with sup3r11?

Yeah this is true too. Or you could combine the methods, kick start your cycle and taper up the one you're using for longer that's what I'm doing next!

Agree but from the research iv done, it seems quite a few people are using 11 kt as a bridge into pct on cuts

I would save them for pct and thrown in a ph (methyl or Andros) w/ 11-kt

Any of them really. Epiandro probably if you're trying to cut and stay tight with no extra water retention, and could stack with 1-andro too.
That's actually very close to what I'll be starting my next cycle off with, except I'll be using androsterone instead of epiandrosterone.
For PCT I'd definitely use a SERM if adding andros, and I would add Sup3r PCT and the upcoming Test1fy once PCT is over.

Great recommendations, epiandro or r-andro would be a pretty sweet cut stack alongside 11-kt.

If you gentlemen are interested in adding Andros to 11-KT, and want to know which Andros to run, for how long, and what PCT afterwards, as my good friend GNO has mentioned you can find the answers in the first post. If there is something that the first post write-up does not contain that you very specifically want to know, please feel free to ask! I know starting off is both confusing and at times overwhelming, but it's just a series of steps.

Hastur, if the target is recomp+strength what do you think about 11-kt + Epiandro + 1-andro for 8 weeks + PCT clomid/superpct ? Age 46. Thanks for your help!
 
I've decided not to run sup3r-11 as my first cycle due to any potential contamination risk to loved ones. I was looking forward to running this but got ahead of myself.

Any recommendations in what oral to try instead for a cut for a beginner cycle and 43 years of age?

Epiandro and 1andro, or SUP3R-EPI and SUP3R-1.
 
Hastur my cycle consists of epistane/trenavar/epiandro. What about bridging into Pct with sup3r-11. And if ok do you recommend 4 or 8 weeks. Possible rebound estro during Sup3r-11 after epistane? Pct will be Clomid and Sup3r Pct.

Why not run 11-kt on cycle?

Gotcha.

Although 11-kt is only mildly suppressive I would not want to run inbetween a cycle and PCT. I'd rather go straight into PCT and save 11-kt for the next cycle.

Really? I just ordered some but this makes me question my decision to run as a bridge for 4 weeks between epi and pct

Just my personal preference. I run my mild bridge (kicker) on the front end of my cycles. Once I come off methyls I want to work on re-starting HPTA ASAP!

Ex. Week 1-4: 11-kt
Week 4-10: 11-kt + ph stack
Week 10-14: PCT (Sup3r PCT, SERM,
EU, SU)
