I was curious because a couple of months back I started adding protein to my pre-shake, and even recently (3 or 4 weeks) added some carbs (trying out Karbolic currently) to it, to help with my workouts. So far it seems to have worked well for me, with no (noticeable) added fat. After following Smith's log I was interested in giving Rag a shot for my pre and wondered about if after using it for a while (to see how it works on its own) if I wanted to add some protein to it.
. Plus, I am overly sensitive to the BA (gi issues, not the tingles), so adding protein to it helps reduce that affect.
