what do you guys suggest i do?

sorry it wouldn't let me attach a pic for some reason, so i just used imgur.

i'm 23, about 5'8, 165lbs

i used to be about 210lbs, i dropped to around 160s after just changing my diet (i'm on a keto and it's become more of a lifestyle for me now)

my goal would be to have a leanish physique...if i had to say anyone as a perfect example of my ideal physique it would have to be ryan gosling : /

i'm not entirely sure which would be better, i've been reading up most people/sources say to drop down to like 12-14% BF then to begin bulking for size.

well its really your preference on how you want to look, when you decide let me know. I personally would recommend getting a little leaner then attempt to put on some lean body mass.

I would say thats a great place to start trying to put some muscle on once you get to the 12-14% range. Keep your protein high at least 1g per pound of bodyweight daily to preserve the muscle you currently have.
