Start training consistently and track calories so you are in a caloric defecit, do that for a while and your body will look better with less fat on you. Research fat loss and "cutting" diets.

oh sorry for some reason it double posted but this post doesn't have the same info...

I'm currently 5'8, 165lbs ... 32 waist... i used to weight around 210lbs right after summer i've been on a keto diet since November

i've pretty much cut or been on a deficit for some time now as i've lost over 50lbs....but...i'm struggling getting to 150s...even then should i be looking to lose more fat? or building muscle (bulking)

what BF% do i look aswell i'm guessing like 20?

i'm honestly looking for a lean physique something similar to ryan gosling or like soccer players just flat but toned a bit.

Congrats on the weight loss so far, so yeah about 20% bf range.

Keto is a great diet and id say stick to that if its still working.

Sometimes during fatloss you go through slow phases and then bam you start noticing you got leaner you might be there now so stick with it and youll keep losing fat.

As far as training goes, focus on lifting as heavy as possible for as many reps. Or if lighter lifting with very high reps is your thing go for it. Main thing is to get in the gym as much as possible but give your body a rest when needed.

How is your appetite on your diet, do you struggle to not over eat? Also how are your workouts?

Thanks!

as for my appetite...i barely have any...i'm honestly fasting during the day then eat my meal during the evenings....i don't really feel hungry ATALL .... literally...i don't have to eat all day...and i wouldn't notice any difference...i tested how long it takes me to get hungry actually...went about 1 full day and the next day til around 6 pm is my limit til i feel hungry...so i rarely over eat... let alone i weigh and calculate my intake then put it in a journal daily...in terms of diet i think i'm doing alrite not having trouble...and i'm enjoying it.

i recently got a job while i'm going to school....and the job pay stupidly well...so i couldn't pass it up....but...in doing so...i barely have time to work out now...i used to lift 3-5 times a week and got my workout routine from the bodybuilding forums...which worked great! but now i'm working 8 hrs then have class...then...have lab/clinicals...homework... to do...etc....i only get like 4-5 hrs a sleep now-a-days after a days worth of work...so i've honestly been skipping on working out the past 2 months i don't think i could handle it with the amount of rest i'm getting and workload...and just been watching my caloric intake like a hawk only reason i haven't seen weight gain...

Well it looks like your doing the best you can and definitely have the appetite on your side haha. Regarding the work and school etc. its all time and priorities take care of most important things and if you can, fit in a couple gym sessions a week, the time will come where you can have a more open schedule for the gym. Just continue to be consistent with diet and having the mindset to go to the gym as much as you can - reasonably.

Alrite, i'll try to push in some gym time between classes i suppose and maybe early morning....we'll see about that!

btw when i was working out frequently i noticed progress on most of my body, but little to no progress on my shoulders do you know any good shoulder routines? my shoulders are broad for my size and i have reasonable traps imo but the overall shoulders just feel/look small and i could never see ANY progress in them; or is that because i have too much faat to see progress.

Its most likely because you have too much fat to see progress but for routines, youtube is definitely good to look up shoulder workouts as you can see how they are done, so try those out and maybe you'll get a better burn or so. Shoulder developement comes with time as with all fitness goals so be patient and consistent, looks like you are heading in the right direction.
