PES Stack: How & When to dose?

Hey guys! Just started my new stack, 6th week into my cut:

- Erase Pro+
- SHIFT
- Ergonine
- High Volume

I take High Volume 30min prewo but noticed if I take Ergonine too close it's a bit too much for my stomach - would it still be good to take it 2hrs before workout?

Besides, I like to take SHIFT with my first meal cause it mitigates the bowel movements, but my question is: should I take Erase Pro+ with first meal as well or empty stomach?

Before this stack, I was always taking Reduce XT upon waking, mid afternoon and before bed. Since Erase Pro+ is kiiiinda similar purpose, would it make sense to split the 2-cap dose into one upon waking (fasted) and one before bed? Or it's best to not split, and take two upon waking? This IF Erase Pro+ can be taken on empty stomach (label says with food).

Last question: should I up the dosage at a certain point, or is the recommended dose for all these products just fine throughout the cycle?

I ran EP+ Upon waking (both caps) and stayed with that throughout my entire usage of the product. If you did want to split it up it would be personal preference. If you want to wait till meal 1 to dose you could do that as well.

Ergonine try using intra-workout or post-workout if taking with HV is too much for you. It could also be used as a beverage anytime of the day for recovery, endurance, and performance.

If you wanted to take Shift/EP+ together you could do so. I took bulk forskolin95 upon waking with my EP+ when I ran it with no issues.
Your dosage seems on point, just find your sweet spot with Ergonine to utilize it to enhance your workouts. Play with your dosing (intra/post or throughout the day sometime) to make sure it settles correct on your stomach.

You certainly don't need to take the ergonine preworkout. If I had to make a choice, I'd take ergonine two hours preworkout, and high volume 60-30 mins preworkout. I would just take EP+ upon waking like the solution suggested. If I were you, I would try giving SHIFT a week on an empty stomach and see if the bowel movements subside (they typically do). SHIFT is better on an empty stomach. As for dosing, recommended dose is perfect :)

Thanks for the SHIFT tip - I will try with one upon waking alongside the EP+ dosing, and one with first meal. If it's fine, then I'll go with both of them empty stomach upon waking!
