I took 3 today since 7am ... not feeling anything out of the ordinary. Ate 3500 cals
200g carbs 260g protein and about 100 grams fat . I did over 3 hrs of active cardio with my son playing hockey. Doing drills and practice scenarios. I definitely want to recommend this to anybody out there who is trying to cut some weight.

Yeah I don't think so. If anything I May take 2 bx and some arimamax both by nutraceutical innovations. Definitely not taking 3 bx again . I accidentally took 2 yesterday at the same time. Wat a rush . I felt like hulk hogan in his prime.

Monday morning update over the weekend I took 2 burn Xtreme 2 times a day feeling slightly overwhelmed with life at the moment but I'm not going to lose focus on what I need to do to get where I need to be.

Energy has been above-average while using this aggression is up Focus has enhanced and I like the clear mind not sure what's causing that anybody have any ideas?
