I would need to put one side by side with oximega to say for certain on the size but they do seem perhaps slightly larger by a tiny amount possibly just maybe longer they feel and look similar size as to thickness/dimension around but maybe slightly longer
Vegan sources of Omega-3 are very poor at converting into EPA/DHA in the body and their Omega 3/6 ratio is likely disproportionate unless consuming very little Omega 6 (which is a recommended strategy if one isn't consuming many Omega 3's). Many nuts are very high in Omega 6 and evidence is starting to suggest that avoiding all seed oils is a good strategy for longevity.
Yeah, but weren't certain studies in the 80s and 90s claiming that Testosterone (TRT, HRT, however you want to call it) caused prostate cancer, but now that's been debunked? Not trying to bicker, just trying to determine how accurate said studies are in the first place. It just seems like so many results from health studies from the 80s and 90s are being reversed with the advancement of modern medicine.

I do the Sam's ones. They are 1400mg providing 900mg each. I take 3. I just buy a bottle and throw it in the fridge (I know it's been sitting at room temp for weeks/months but I have room ).
