MST needs some RagNOrok-ers!! (PWO logging opps!)

I was told the RagNOrok shipped out 3-day priority today. The previous notification I got was that addresses have been verified...Sorry for the delay!

I only take it 5-6 days a week. I think to get the best benefits of the cordyceps, you should dose at least 4, preferably 5, times a week.

Yeah buddy! Rise & Swell is what I'll be logging for part of my PCT coming off a PH cycle...already cleared with jalfrey on running a couple things w/ the RagNOrok. Rise & Swell will be more of a review than anything, aside from updating a few times a week after starting it initially.

I have a buddy at the gym that can't have any Dyes. So I'm going to let him try a couple servings. He has a hard time finding good ones without Dye..

I like it, man! Spread the wealth! The lack of artificial dyes and flavorings is a definite plus to our products and one of the first things that drew me to them.
