I would continue taking if your already been on awhile stopping could just make it worse

Yes, you can continue your dosing. The more important thing would be to avoid strenuous training and get extra rest and nutrition until you begin to recover. If anything, Osta should help prevent some muscle catabolism during you're weakened condition.
