Sup3r 1, Sup3r 4, and Sup3r epi cycle advise

Always have your ancillaries in hand before starting. If you already have RC Clomid you would be okay to begin probably.

That's what I was thinking. Just scared estrogen sides will come through and my ai doesn't end up coming in from india. At that point an over the counter would probably be okay. Luckily there's a vitamin shoppe down the road.

I'm running 1 andro 550mg, 4andro 330mg and epiandro500mg daily , split between morning and night with iron labs on cycle support , ubiquinol to help blood pressure . Fish oil and a multi vitamin , have nolva and alpha max xt for pct and nolvadren xt to run after the pct finished for a week . So far 6 weeks into Cycle
I tell you some sick gains , sick pumps and I feel amazing really do . The lethargy was bad first few weeks but caffeine got me right back up originally
I was taking half the dose 4 andro and Epi once I upped it then I got more energy . Sick stack definitely do it .

Any estrogen sides?

Nothing really first week into second week had bloating , think it was just my reaction to the andro , it's blowing my size up as well . But my strength incredible gains so far thinking of upping my dose of the 1amdro for the last two weeks , have another bottle sittin round . Honestly
Only bad side I had was my blood
Pressure in the beginning shot up a bit after I started taking my ubiquinol daily no more headaches and it's back down to near normal .

Did you have an ai on hand? Or just the nolvadren and alphamax? I'm just debating whether I should wait to make sure I get my ai in the mail or just go ahead and start. Don't want to screw up my body.

I just have the alpha max with nolvadex liquid for
Pct then nolvadren xt (75mg armistane ) for after the pct finished for a week

How long was it supposed to be to receive AI? You have SERM, even if it's not your desirable version. So if you're that antsy, I say go for it. It's not the most responsible advice or opinion, but you essentially have the most important things necessary. Unless you don't have cycle support. Yes, I'd suggest it.

FWIW, when I ran AMS liquid 1-Andro & Epi-1-test I got dry as hell. So have some lotion on hand too. LOL

I was told from everyone that cycle support wasn't needed but couldn't hurt. I never picked any up. I may pickup one from the local vitamin store though.

I mean, I got all the essentials like multis, fish oil and ect.,

And idk about arrival time. I ordered a week and a half ago, noticed I put the wrong zip code a day after ordering and them telling me it's shipped, then called to correct the zip code mistake... and now waiting

I think using on cycle support on any cycle greatly reduces the sides especially on harsher cycles , I use it all the time and on cycle support you can run even when your not on cycle for health benefits . I recommend always using on cycle support along with something for blood pressure , joints etc . Better safe then sorry and also better having no sides sometimes .

From my understanding, I thought it doesn't necessarily prevent any sides but helps with liver care and basic health.

Yeah I think it depends on what's inside the on cycle support , the one I'm
Using has Hawthorne berry for blood pressure as well . Some might only be for liver but they have some good ones that cover a lot of things

Yeah I think I'll take some blood pressure support

BP is usually Hawthorn and Celery. Garlic too. I knew CoQ10 was good for heart tissue, never read it helped BP - good to know. IIRC, the body "switches" Ubiquinone and Ubiquinol back and forth as needed - so you may save some money by just using Ubiquinone - but check that data.

Oh, and if you are experimenting on your body, a $60 BP Monitor is cheap insurance. Omron Series 7 or 10, Wrist or Arm.

I actually have a prescription beta blocker that they gave me back in the day for stage freight... wonder if this will help? I'll have to see how long it stays in the body

Without constant bloodworm, how can you monitor your liver? To the best of my knowledge that answer is you can't. But you can monitor BP and such very easily. Hell you could check it 4x a day if you wanted. I'd be most concerned about liver support.

If your running the andros it's way safer on the liver , there's always a risk but it's way less toxic . I think it's impossible to constantly monitor the liver but you would feel if something's wrong and get some pretty serious side effects of your liver is harmed . Stick to andros for
Less toxicity and slways take a liver support . If you feel as if it will really harm the liver Invest in TUDCA as that is apparently the best liver support out so far , they say it has the ability to reverse toxins .

Yeah the ubiquinol worked amazing in my experience , my blood pressure skyrocketed at one point and I bought ubiquinol after a day or two it slightly dropped after four days I was back normal pressure . Works great

True, you'd feel effects on your liver. But I personally never want to feel effects of liver damage. I mean, it's only a vital organ for your livelihood. I ran the AMS cycle without a true on cycle support and only used tribulus which had some liver support components. So I'm not perfect. I just think if you're spending money to look/feel/lift better, what's another $30 or so for support? Plus, you figure most of us start paying closer attention to our bodies when we start "supplements" but we also tend to ignore things a bit. We're guys. We feel like we can muscle through it, no pun intended. Maybe it's money wasted, but I'd rather not find out the hard way.

Very true brother

Okay guys, so I started my cycle. Also wondering, if estrogen sides arise, do I just use my ai until symptoms are gone? Or do I continue use afterwards?
