Now I'm in the 6 week of the cycle. Weight is up from 90/91kg (at the beginning of the cycle) to 95.5/96kg.
I ate about 3000 calories per day during the cycle , sometimes in 2800 in the days of rest , sometimes 3200 in the hardest workout days.
Maybe I could eat a little more and put more weight, but I have much improved muscle quality and vascularization . I veins everywhere and it's cool. Do you think It's a good result ? I have another week to put more weight
..The only problem is the pain in the joints due to epistane, but I have no sides from tr3st with only 1 pump of formestane.
