But you replied with yes to my question "take the same amount every day?" but then says "consistent mean the same time every day".

Having an halflife of 24hours means that the amount of ostarine in your body after 24hours has halved. If you take 10mg at 8am at day1, your gonna have, lets say for the sake of the explanatiom, 5mg in your system at 8am on day 2. When you take 20mg on 8am at day 2, your going to have more than triple the amount in your system compared to the evening before. I dont know to what extent this does effect gains, but I would dose it equally each day.

To get the most consistent levels you could actually take one cap every 16 hours if you consider it convenient. So you get 3 caps per two days (48h). For example 08:00/00:00/16:00/08:00 etc.

You need to do 20mg a day..
 
I was hoping for some big time gains lol I didn't get what I expected now I'm on test e 500 mg per week and am already seeing better results

That's because it was originally developed to fight Sarcopenia in the elderly IIRC - you should have run it during a Cut. Works great there (I added strength in a -800kcal deficit. Since I didn't DEXA, I can't say about mass retained/added).
 
Nothing will compare to staraight AAS, Osta is a good alternative for people wanting to still stay natty :laugh: without all the supposed side effects of true steroids.
