Gave a few tubs to some lacrosse players around town. Guy came back from a game in WV to tell his endurance improved just in 2 days use. Then He he trained today and has already noted quicker rest periods between sets and then hit a PR Of 315 x 3 on Front Squat, and the kid is 18. Got to love that.

I noticed it has cordyceps in it..that supplement definitely works for endurance.

Nothing wrong with sinesis. Its what I have been using for years. MST as far as I know is one of the only companies to even put out Cordyceps products. Their Cordygen5 can be found for $20

Sinesis is very difficult to grow. It grows very slow and is difficult to cultivate. It has been show that most Sinesis on the market is Paecilomyces which isn't related to the Cordyceps Genus. Cordyceps has been out for decades in the US market under many companies. There were studies on this years ago in regards to QC issues:

I always run every morning and track my distance/time/how I feel (tiredness etc) so it's always a good time for me to test ergogenic aids solo for endurance and performance if I want to experiment with stuff I've never tried before. At one point I did bought some Cordyceps Sinesis and it did nothing for me...

However I'm really interested in Xtend Perform. Actually regretting not putting an app earlier this month at the promo section.

My argument is not that some Sinesis isnt bunk. Its that your statement about militaris being that much better than sinesis should not be stated as fact
 
Read the studies. There is a strong argument that there is little real sinesis on the market. I know of 2 real strains being sold now, which are very expensive due to cultivation issues.

Finding negative militaris data is tough. There is plenty of data showing sinesis to do nothing. Which goes to my point about it likely not being sinesis.

MST's Cordygen Ultra V02 has definitely increased my running/cardio capacity. I was barely able to run for a minute continuously. Now, I am running for at least 20 minutes consistently. I attribute that to the Cordygen from MST. Just my first hand experience....

Hahaha not out of line at all brother. It's just that the Cardiotryx product has been on here for awhile with great reviews. I myself am currently logging it with great results. If Xtend Perform is claimed to be better...then that's saying something.

Cordyceps have never done anything for me, caffeine and maybe Agmatine is the only think that have helped me with cardio and I have been trying most things that's "supposed" to work.

I would like to give both Xtend Perform and CardioTryx at try though.

Epi does work. For me it has worked at higher doses. CEL EPI-PLEX is a great epi product. You know exactly how much epicatechin you are getting. Per the Danes protocol, I take 3-4 caps of epi daily, and it has definitely helped in the endurance department. With the numerous health benefits that come along with it, it's a definite staple product.

I've recently bought some bulk Cordyceps Militaris, it was hard to find and a bit pricey. I gotta say, Cordyceps Militaris had a really pronounced and noticeable effect in my running and boxing training. I feel I can train for much longer and at a higher intensity.

I've used bulk Cordyceps Sinesis in the past, and it didn't do anything for me, literally zilch. So I was a little skeptical when I bought and started using Militaris. Now I can see why it is an important formula in Xtend Perform's Peak02. I actually have Perform in my cabinet, saving it for a crucial training schedule, maybe end of next month.

After using this, I would put Cordyceps Militaris in my top 3 or top 2 supplements for cardio.

How did you dose Militaris/Sinesis?
 
I dosed 1g of cordyceps (measured on the scale for accuracy) 45mins~60mins before my morning run and training and another dose of 1g cordyceps roughly 60mins before my afternoon/evening traning (happens on most days).

I used the same dosing protocol for both bulk militaris and bulk sinesis which is why I know militaris gave me a noticeable effect and sinesis didn't do much... if any at all.

Also I have used MST's Cordygen5 and CordygenV02 (due to someone suggesting me to try it in this very thread) which both contain about 2g of cordyceps in a proprietary blend. I also tried to put a fair comparison by using the a particular dosing protocol of using 2 caps for my morning training and 1 cap for my afternoon training, totaling a full serving for the day. It did gave better performance, however, Cordyceps militaris gave me better results, such as being able to perform at a high intensity for longer duration etc. However, I will keep MST's Cordygen5/V02, purely for convenience's sake, since it is already capsulated. And I'm too lazy to cap militaris.

I haven't tried Xtend Perform's Peak02 yet, so I cannot give my opinion of it yet. But it looks very promising, and it's dosed pretty well/high.

I've had some bulk Sinesis lying around since before Militaris started to get some buzz. I want to try Peak O2 as well, but I'm going to finish this powder first. I will try your 2 gram daily dosing, but all at once prior to training.
