Prohormones and Hair Loss

The Pura D'Or Gold shampoo has 0.9 % Keto in it (listed on my bottle).

For daily use, the 1% Nizoral should be enough. Having the 2% is just an added bonus, especially when cycling. Shipping would be an extra charge for you but the price is in Canadian $ so when you convert it back to US funds, you will save some decent coin there. The CAD is only worth ~ .80 cents to the USD.

Nice, I got the OG Iron Legion brand I didn't know it was still on the market if not I wouldn't have bought it off of eBay.
I did try Rogaine and got chest pains and dark circles under my eyes and never got any hair growth at all. But with stemoxydene I do seem to be regrowing some hair and minimizing shedding especially when I'm off cycle I almost don't shed at all. I just started my 6th box it can get expensive but I'll do anything to keep my hair. I'm also using a laser helmet every other day and Pur'dor Gold label since starting the treatment. And about 1,360 mg of saw palmetto aday while on cycle.
 
What would be better to take to minimize hair loss, 11-KT or Ostarine? Also remember I have been taking finastride and will be taking while using. Any suggestions? Also I would love to gain about 6-7 more pounds of lean muscle. Thanks!

If you opt to go with ostarine, ensure you have a pharma AI on hand, I feel there will be a very strong chance of estro sides if using Fina.

Ostarine will be much safer for your hairline, if it's legit Ostarine. Gaining 6+ pounds of lean mass is definitely doable on a 6-8 week Ostarine cycle. Of course weight gain will mostly depend on dose and caloric intake. LGD-4033 is a better bulker than Ostarine, but I found it to be a bit more androgenic as well.

Agreed! As I mentioned in my first post in this thread, the combo of Finasteride and LGD gave me my first ever taste of negative estrogen sides. I suggest having Raloxifene or Nolvadex on hand if you will be experimenting with SARMs and Finasteride. Definitely have some Exemestane on hand as well.

Agreed! As I mentioned in my first post in this thread, the combo of Finasteride and LGD gave me my first ever taste of negative estrogen sides. I suggest having Raloxifene or Nolvadex on hand if you will be experimenting with SARMs and Finasteride. Definitely have some Exemestane on hand as well.

Yeah, osta has a pretty profound effect on reducing SHBG, when you are reducing the amount of active 5ar enzyme then a greater amount is being converted via aromatase into Estro. So its a double whammy when you have lower DHT levels and increased Estro.
 
I guess I need to research this a lot more..... Any suggestions to what would be a good bulking prohormone/sarm that is easy on the hairline and can be safely taken with finasteride?

As im sure its been mentioned previously, but its a very individualised issue where different compounds effect people differently. Id say stay away from all DHT derived compounds as a start.

As mentioned, it's purely an individual thing, as far as how you will respond to any given compound, when used in conjuction with finasteride.

Finasteride will not work very well with the majority of the designer steroids/pro-hormones that are available.

The safest ones for your hair (w/ finasteride) would be Testosterone, 4-Andro and of course SARMs like Ostarine, LGD-4033 and Rad-140. In my opinion LGD will be the best bulkerr here with the least amount of impact on your hair. As far as how you will react to LGD and Finasteride, only time and experimentation will give you that answer. As discussed, have a legit SERM and an AI on hand.

If you want some more natural options to gain mass, look into a TD Laxogenin product and maybe you could stack that with a TD or oral Epicatechin product as well. I'm sure NoAddedHmones can suggest some other Natty options as well. I'm more of a synthetic guy myself. :]

Both DHT-based steroids that will have a negative impact on your hair, if you are prone. Finasteride will do nothing to combat the androgenicity of these compounds.

All the males in my family are bald. And I have a full head of hair. I've used all with no hairless. In fact ostarine was one that caused the most shedding (weird I know) and the one with the least gains. So I figure if you are going to mess with hormones might as well get a powerful mass gainer because it's hit or miss anyway with hairloss and not many products actually help a "significant" amount in terms of treating baldness. So to sum it up, if I'm going to play with fire I'm going to use a torch and not a match since I can get burnt with both. Lmao. But yes, if you are very worried about it then don't go a DHT derived compound route :)

A lot of people would agree with you, but if the OP has been on finasteride for 11 years, I'm guessing he doesn't want to roll the dice on some DHT--based steroids. It's all about perspective I guess.

It sounds to me like you won the genetic lottery in your family. There is more than one gene responsible for balding (maternal and paternal sides play a role) and if you are able to run all sorts of steroids without a problem, you probably didn't inherit the AGA gene from the maternal side of your family tree. Lucky guy!

Bumping this thread.

So hairline reconstruction transplant scheduled for the 23rd of November with 1000 grafts only (small procedure) using FUE protocol. I am being prescribed Finasteride at 1mg 2-3x a week, but may take it at .5mg 3x a week. Doc says this is a very low dose and is only being used to prevent further shedding, not necessarily for regrowth. Anyone experience this dose finasteride? I'm kind of hesitant to block DHT at the systemic level and may not even take the fin and stick with my Nizoral 2% 3x a week. My dad and brother have full head hair and my grandfather on moms side started thinning at 40, so my risk for more shedding is quite low, leaving me to want to say fck the fin unless I visibly start shedding which may not even happen

Just realized this was posted in the wrong thread haha. But $7000 CAD. I'm do some work that requires me to be in front of the camera so it's an investment. My agent will most likely be covering the cost or most of it
