Ephedrine + Caffeine & Insulin Resistance

Can anyone comment on the prevalence of insulin resistance in individuals who are taking an Ephedrine + Caffeine combination?

I thought I read a study suggesting that ephedrine increased insulin sensitivity...I'll see if I can dig it up.

Never mind, it was that ephedrine increases insulin resistance, but the associated weight loss increases sensitivity. But the resistance appears to improve on cessation of ephedrine, while the weight loss keeps sensitivity up.

What is it you're concerned about specifically?

Whether or not taking EC is like having the foot on the gas and the brake at the same time. The lipolysis aspect being negated by the increase in serum glucose

It may be, but the end result appears to be fat loss regardless.

In my experience of well over 300+ clients, the effects it has on insulin resistance is negligible.

When you take the entirety of someone's training, nutrition, supplemental, and PED protocol into account, that small amount of increased insulin resistance from an EC stack is basically cancelled out. This is obviously dependent on the person's protocol.

The post above was interesting, but I've never noticed or felt that EC held me back or hampered my progress in the slightest. I think EC is the cheapest, most effective thermogenic available. I don't see a need to be concerned with a minimal potential side effect like that

Agreed x10000 bro

Its so minimal it shouldn't even be considered as an issue

EC will not cause insulin resistance in healthy individuals.

Long term health markers almost all improve.
