Looking to maximize cut.

Looking for recommendations here I'm open to your guys suggestions since I've been out of it a bit.

A little background; I'm 26 going on 27 and trying to cut the fat I've gained. Worked out steadily but it's been a few years and looking to lean out and get back into it. I'd say roughly 18-20% bf. Is would be my 3rd cycle I've done epi twice before with great result but hopefully this time I can keep it there lol. Life caught up and it's time to get back to it!

at 18-20% BF your going to need very dry compound, something that doesn't convert at a high rate so you can accurately gauge AI requirements

EPI would be a good choice as would 1-ANDRO or low dose 4-andro

That's funny because that's exactly what I was looking at plus adding the pct and arm1care. I've been out of the loop a few months and wanted to get an idea of what people have been liking lately.

How would you run all that for dozing/weeks?

When was your last cycle?
Can we get background on your current progress?
Are you losing weight on your own?

FOR MYSELF:
1 bottles SUP3R-4 ELITE, 220mg daily am/pm split dose, week 1-5

2 bottles SUP3R-4 ELITE, 330mg daily am/pm split dose, week 1-8

1 bottle of SUP3R-EPI, 500mg daily am/pm split dose, week 1-8

1 bottle of ar1macare pro 4 caps daily, week 1-8

PCT w/ Nolva starting at week 6 though end of pct

so tapering off the 4 andro at week 5 will reduce any potential T/E conversion and dry you out, after which starting nolva at week 6 (prior to the end of your cycle) will stop any estrogen rebound if you happen to be sensitive to such things.



so for the first 4-5 weeks you will be using 2 dry compounds and a mildly wet one (4-ad), ganing strength from bloat, mass gains, and neuro0-muscular gains.

when you drop the 4ad you'll drop the bloat....but by this point your receptors are getting hammered by 1ad and epi, so assuming you diet is in check, you should be able to make stable lean gains week 5-8 while looking dry/shredded

Driven has a good point,,, outside of lifts stats... at a higher body weight/fat the strain on the body is increased, and you will convert a lot more of the target hormones to estrogen
 
Epi should hopefully be mild on E for him

Just want to see that OP knows what he's doing, AAS aren't a crutch

It would expedite things if he's in a deficit, and with 2 past cycles he may know more than he is letting on?... Maybe?

Run a few bottles of 11-KT... it's a fat burning recomp machine. 20% currently as well ;)
 
Yea I don't plan on jumping on this right away just preparing but I've cleaned up the eating to my old ways and have been hitting the gym again once I'm down quite a bit more then I'll be starting up.

Do you mean 1 of the SUPER-3 to be -1 lol?
