Holy crap, generous! Salivating over here at strawberries and cream! I've been training with the PH3 style of training but even before that have thrown in pullups on back day in between exercises, so being able to increase my max on those would help training alot. In general my training has been getting pushed to the limit more than I used to, so I'm getting closer to failure than ever, so any little bit helps!

Hey man when you're doing PH3 are you getting too fatigued after squats and bench to do heavy deads at the end of the workout?
No sir! The only day you do all three is on Monday, and that's on 77% of max. And I actually do Squats, then deads, then bench on those days. I've improved my numbers on all 3 while going through this program, it's fantastic for strength. It's definitely tough but I follow it to a T and couldn't be happier with the results.
I think I may squatting too heavy on Monday's workout, by the time dead lifts roll around I'm like exhausted lol
Yesterday I did 295x8 twice, then 305 for 8, by the time I finished bench and went back to rack for deads I could barely move lol

I'm probably in the minority here but my deadlifts are better after heavy squats on leg day than when I come in fresh for a deadlift workout
Not alone! I prefer deads after squatting. I feel I'm far looser which helps me
Interesting. I'm going to have to try this. Would you guys suggest going heavy (>85%) or medium (>65%) when doing this?
With the Ph3 program the day you do all 3 it's 77% of max and that works great for me
