Gyno or fat + under developed chest?

Quick background: iv always had a soft chest. In HS and College I would wear an undershirt so people could not see the puffyness.

A bit over a year ago I started a bulk at 6 foot 1 177lbs and 25 years old. During this bulk, I took epistane. Being an idiot, I only did a natty test booster, daa, and erase pro as my pct.

End of cycle I was 196 and leaner. End of PCT I was 190. Lost alot of the strength I gained, but kept a decent amount of the weight. I did though stall for about 7 months where i struggled to gain strength and gain weight. Def needed a proper pct.

Needless to say, I felt that my puffy chest improved, and to this day, am comfortable without an undershirt.

However, nearly a year later, I'm starting to notice it again. I am still bulking, weighing 205. I had planned to bulk till April 1 then start a long cut.

Iv attached pics (terrible lighting) with a super thin shirt on as well as no shirt. Think this is Gyno, or just holding fat in an under developed chest? No idea on bf.

Lifts:
Incline db 115x5
Deadlift 345x5
Squat 285 x 5 (dislocated knee in college)
Overhead press db 90x5

it's more than likely just fat. Do you have a physical lump that you can feel underneath an areola?

Wouldnt really call it a lump. Harder than my stomach pinch but it feels like like tissue. Not only behind the nipple, but down toward the pit (following the fat fold you can kinda see in the pic). When flexing my chest you cant grab anything, but just slightly puffy at the nipple (just skin grab though).

I wanted to run Epi with Nolva as PCT starting April 1 on cut but am kinda holding back because of the rebound gyno concern. Maybe I will start it a month or so into the cut just to see if the fat loss helps first.

you're fine, it's just fat deposits. I have pubertal gyno on the left side and it is a literal lump behind the areola that isn't visibally noticeable unless from the side

With your shirt on it looks like minor gyno, no shirt it looks fine.

So I'd say it's probably fat.

Not as bad as you think bro. We all see ourselves in the worst light, and it can screw with our minds and our confidence. But let me say that your chest is nothing to be overly insecure about. Keep at it, you'll be fine as you build it up a bit more.

I think it's just fat dude tbh. I could post a picture of myself from when i wasn't as lean and my chest looks very similar. Everyone holds their fat differently. Everyone is paranoid about gyno and i think that's all this is.

Thanks everyone for feedback. Prd today with incline db 120x5... Will keep pushing it then report back after cut

I'm wondering the same question (without the "lower pec" part).

They look normal I'd say, but:
- I do feel a little lump behind my nipple
- It comes out a drop of liquid when I squeeze the lump.

I've got literally all bloods checked but they were fine except high SBHG (= less free test) and low vit D.
I've been feeling like **** for the past couple of months...

Is it gyno?

We can't see your picture.

That's what we see

Copy everything starting from "http:/" to ".png" and paste it in the URL. Remove the text i described as "boxes" and press enter

I cant post links or pictures yet due to having too few posts so far. This was the only way I could give you the link to the pictures, lol

If you're questioning "is it gyno?" it's likely not imo. There's also a YUGE wealth of info on the subject across the internets.

What could explain the liquid coming out of my nipple when I squeeze the lump in my breast?

Prolactin? I really don't know. I betcha there's info on that online as well OR (better yet) a learned doctor with knowledge on the subject.

Yes liquid discharge is prolactin issues.

To OP, not gyno.

Breast milk is great for the gains I hear. Mix it in your protein

Go back to the doctor that told you your blood work is normal.

Take off your shirt, milk yourself, then scream at him DOES THIS FCUKING LOOK NORMAL TO YOU BITCH!

Then proceed to calmly ask him how to fix this.

Prolactin?
Yes, this was the case!

Yes I did have 3x the upper reference value. Hyperprolactinemia. Looking at a lot of websites, there are several reasons why some can get Gyno. Too much prolactin is one cause from what I read. In that case; this could be called Gynecomastia - caused by hyperprolactinemia.

Thank you for a good laugh, this was hilarious! :lew:

UPDATE:

I've got Bromocriptine, which is a Dopamin-agonist to reduce my Prolactin levels.

Now I'm not lactating anymore, so I assume my levels are fine. HOWEVER my Progesteron values are 2x the upper reference value. FML....

I took this just recently
