ADEX question

I'm running my first test e cycle at 500mgs a week ok my 3rd week now.
About 4 days ago I got sore itchy nips.
Freaked out I ordered adex symptoms only lasted that day adex just came in. Should I go ahead and use the adex or wait and see if symptoms occur again? Thanks
 
Anabolics are not a joking matter, yes you should always have an aromatase inhibitor on hand, i myself would never run a cycle without implementing one form the get go.
 
I do have it on hand now I am asking if I felt sore itchy nips for one day only is it time to start using it... or wait till symptoms reoccur? -_-

I would start it now. I myself would rather run an AI from start you might not gain 100% because estrogen is anabolic, but i would rather not gain an extra pound or so and not have to worry about any side effects.
