So I just received my order from Blackstone labs but thought I should ask around on how I should run it or if I need to add anything to it.

I'm currently looking to run

-Chosen 1
-Brutal 4ce
-Gear Support

What is a good time to take the capsules I assume 8 hours apart but do I need to space out the Chosen 1 and the Brutal 4ce?

In the past I have used Wyked labs m1-Alpha and saw some pretty good results and I used a PCT that I cant remember.

as you can tell I am at a complete loss on how to run this.
 
You buy a pro hormone stack and have no clue how to use it? Poor product choice btw...

I'm 5'9" 170lbs 9% body fat and I've been lifting for 4years just finished school and my finals took a toll on my gains. I work full time and I am getting my nutrition on track. I'm a hard gainer and am looking to put on some size. My goal is to pack on lean mass I'm not worried about being shredded I would like to stay at or under 10% body fat. (My job is not physically demanding)

Tbh I would get a serm and add in either OL andros or mandro the giant/super mandro to accompany the BSL products. They're underdosed but can still be utilized; In order to achieve maximum results you will want higher mg of actives.

As other posters have said we put out an industry leading dosage of 110mg per cap 1andro. It's got our cyclosome delivery so you can run 330mg and be more than pleased with your cycle. I would run 4andro with it at 330mg if you are using a delivery system such as sedds or cyclosome.

I would run your cycle for 6-8 weeks. Pick up Pharma grade serm and an ai for after your pct. you can grab something like iforce testabolan. It will essentially allow more hormone to interact with your androgen receptors. That part is optional though and can be run through your cycle AND post cycle therapy
