MST needs 3 loggers for RagNOrok-ELITE. I need to freshen up my gym playlist. Maybe we can help each other out? I've told you about the PWO. My playlist is all over the place so no music is too far off limits. I've got Iron Maiden, Rick Ross, UnderOath, T.I., Danzig, Jason DeRulo...you get the picture. Can you help me with my playlist? I'd love to see some video links up in here!

In getting ready for a stim break and was looking for something to log! Would love to try the stim free!

My training is centered around rock climbing and bouldering, which requires focus, explosive power and strength. I train 3 heavy days a week, weights and weighted body weight movements; 2-3 days per week are lighter recovery days with weights.

I'm currently in a low calorie cut, and will need a stim break as I reverse diet back to maintanance. Keeping up energy and focus will be tough, and I hope that MST's new pre workout can get the job done!

That is of course, along with my favorite playlist: lil Wayne, spose, old school beastie boys (rip Adam yauch), Jedi mind tricks, and immortal technique.

Let me first say Sarmetta you are funny lmao

Seriously jalfrey gave me the first chance to review a MST Joint supplement when I first joined. IMHO MST is solid and actually have purchased another bottle of this. It works. I have only used another Pre Work out and did a test for Sparta's formula that is coming out sometime.

Anyone who gets the chance to do this, you wont be sorry. There is a good mix of ingredients here. Matter of fact

What kind of experience do you have in the gym? Training style and current goals?
I have been lifting for about 4 years now (if that's what you meant by your first question). Right now I'm on a cut. I lift 4 days per week, Mon-Thurs. I do cardio on Fri-Sat and take Sunday off. I do one day of heavy lifting/low reps, and one day of high reps/light weight. I alternate between both. My current goals are to just drop all the fat I've gained in the last 3 months or so, and, if not gain any, at least keep most of the muscle I have gained so far. I kind of let myself go for a couple months, but now I'm really trying to lose most of it and go back to where I was a couple months ago.

Haha, well thanks. I've got a pretty diverse taste in music. I've been known to rock out to some classical or symphony if I'm feeling it. None currently on my usual playlist though. Looking forward to seeing who gets chosen. Like I said above, this product looks like it's not your run of the mill pre, it looks good.

Count me in. I do early morning workouts 6 days a week (need the caffeine) heavy weights eod and cardio every day in the afternoon. Currently trying to cut (getting beach ready). Not happy with my current pre workout would love to try something new. The only stim in my stack is the pwo.
As for plays lists, I like five finger death punch on heavy days. Old school r&b on light days and techno for cardio. Can't really recommend a specific song.
