Sometimes even when we think we're being careful our egos can get the best of us, 8 reps @ 295 should have been just fine but I just had to get 300#+ on that bar, tomorrow is isolation legs work with the Mrs, so I may skip squats and just do some light extensions/curls on the quads/hams to try to get some blood flowing through the area, I'll know more tomorrow...hope you stay healthy too bro!
