Not at all my wife been vegetarian for about 15 years our grocery bill was about 400 every month now its like 250 after I stopped eating meat
 
Cardio day back to my roots of boxing, did 10 rounds on the heavy bag, 6 rounds on the double-end bag, 6 rounds on the speed bag, 8 rounds of jump rope. Even got 4 rounds of sparring in still got good pumps vascularity is through the roof strength is awesome good workout today
 
Good chest workout today got up 315 flat bench for 5 reps at the end of my workout shoulders and chest are very vascular I don't usually do flat bench with barbell only use dumbbells I've got a better pump with dumbbells
 
OK guy's I'm starting my PCT Focused Nutrition is legit ? with me off this Cycle I've gained about 8 to 10 of muscle nice ? I'm sorry about half a** logs between school and work and hitting the gym it was HAF but I'm done PCT starts today next up for me is SARMS
I'm taking GW in my PCT I'm looking at S4, SR9009, RAD if anyone has any info please enlighten me thanks
 
No problem bro, still a good log.
Don't bother with S4, not worth it... By the time you up the dose enough for decent gains your vision gets affected. RAD is solid however at week 4 lethargy gets unpleasant.

I have heard that mentioned as well, i ran it up-to 100 mg per day 7 days a week for 3 weeks and 50 mg 5 on 2 off for 5 weeks prior, i used for a total of 8 weeks in the past, i had no vision sides even at 100mg, some people get effected by it causing tinting in vision and night blindness, i was lucky to avoid the sides.
