The lightweight strongwoman I helped get ready for the world championships at the Arnold, she made it to the final 4 on day 2 and one of the events was a stone load for time with the smooth stones of steel. Since they banned tacky as a grip aid they gave all the finalists these dope shirts with little rubbery bumps all over where the stone might back contact - made a great difference. Idk what company made those shirts but that would easily be worth $25 to me.

it sucks that your top sets were slipping out of position but you still looked strong the whole time. you were definitely working hard for the 8 rep set, i bet the drop downs after felt like a breeze!

when i used to play rugby, one club i was on had jerseys with that type of material, there was a spot on the chest meant as an aid to hang on to the ball better and there was another spot on the back and shoulders to help your teammates bind on to you in a ruck or scrum. it was definitely effective.

I was very close to an all time volume PR, so I'll take it. On rep 4 I go real slow. Rep 5, I remembered to grab the floor and they started moving again.
 
I remember noticing that in the vid. When i saw rep 4 i was like how the hell did you get 4 more reps...then i saw rep 5 and it all made sense.

Get some red vein Kratom and you want need to worry about joint sups. Need to order some more, it really relaxes you before bed.

GenoFlex by PES. Yes, it works. I'm so inconsistent with it, but my left elbow knows when i have or have not taken a dose. I still want to try your brand when these are done.

Yeah, pretty pricey.. But sometimes when you need that "fix" in this case some real pain relief then it's pretty cheap. I need to try the one that boost focus, heard good reviews on it too. There is usually a 25% off code floating around. Hit Montana up as he might know a good code.

I think it looks lame cuz that guy isn't jacked. Nobody on that stage looked like anyone you want to mess with.

I wear what I want to the gym because I am stronger than most of the people there, and the only people stronger than me don't GAF about what I wear cuz they too are too busy getting strong. If you aren't trying to pick up chicks, I'd say wear whatever works lol

Except tight spandex on a guy without shorts over it - I didn't sign up for that peepshow

I've been known to train in tights. But I've also been known to only do that when I'm alone or in my basement.

In Anchorage so yep, pretty fresh. Only way to get them fresher is off the boat or at the processing plant. I just happen to be going where there is a processing plant for King crab legs and halibut!

Weldon Farms Chipotle Mayo is pretty decent. I cut it with light Dukes mayo for tuna salad. Homemade red beans and rice, chicken, sludge, asparagus, and creative fats will all be on the menu this week. Creative fats means I have a lot of room to hit some PB cravings or whatever I choose.

Rest day.

I took the dogs to the vet yesterday and picked up their heartworm meds. The young one 10# one took from and ate the pill of the Great Dane, so he got a little sick last night. I stayed up later than normal and decided I didn't want to get up this morning.

Well, I guess the mix I poured in sat too long. It ended up freezing and not allowing me to use the blender. LOL

I had to hold a spatula in there to churn it. Next time I'll know better than to pour it in beforehand.

Cool! Does it taste as good as it looks? How is the actual texture, gritty -or smooth?

Super smooth. Mixes in the milk almost immediately. The shake sat in the fridge a few days and it never clumped.

If it's a clumping protein it may be... I have some Scivation that can clump when it sits. Maybe I'll try that one next.

Taste is great. Solution, Driven2Lift, and Sean are currently logging this flavor.

I'm not going to leg curl pre-squats anymore. The lying leg curl is aggressive on my lower back and the seated leg curls doesn't feel like it's doing anything. Leg curls as accessory post squats on a secondary lower day. Maybe after deads.

Left knee was tight on the first 3 sets of squats. Almost painfully so. ROM felt great though, so I need more body weight squats to warmup. It doesn't help I didn't wear knee sleeves. I didn't because I didn't want to wash them. lol

That's all. I did 100 crunches followed by two rounds of :30 planks around set 5-6 of fronts. Core game getting stronger, but it's making my belt waaayyyy tighter. Hoping diet fixes that.

Yes... have it all set up in the machine.. pour your shake in and turn it on... dont let it sit in the bowl

How do you coat the sides in milk?
